Furnace problem- was there the next day during total heat failure,Did very good work.

Chris did an excellent job 10/10 would have him fix my plumbing again.

He was always on time when he said what time he was coming. He did a great job installing our whole house air conditioner and heat pump.
Would really recommend him to everybody. He got back to us when we called within fifteen minutes. Nobody else returned our call.

I called on Monday and had an appointment set up for Tuesday. I had a spigot pipe that busted through winter. Chris was quick, professional, and knowledgeable! I would recommend them for anyone who needs some plumbing work done.

Chris does an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable and fair. Absolutely went well above my expectations. Explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. He will be the only person I will call for HVAC or plumbing needs.

Chris was able to diagnose the actual cause of the failure and replaced the part and had it working again in about two hours or so from when he arrived.

Chris did an excellent job connecting our water filtration canisters to our water supply. He was friendly, professional, timely and did quality work. I also thought the work invoice total was reasonable.

I was scheduled the next day to change out tub/shower fixtures, install an access panel, & change out old copper pipes.
The cost was way less than I expected.

For an emergency situation on a Sunday, RSM, was a breath of fresh air. Chris came out within 2 hours of the call, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled the replacement air conditioning unit the next morning. The quote was less than I was anticipating and the work was completed in less than 24 hours. I will be using them for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs if they arise.

Chris is very good and efficient in his job. He replaced a sewage pump on my lift station and was here less than an hour.

Honestly, they went above and beyond to get my plumbing issue fixed in snow and freezing temps. I probably would have said it had to wait for better weather but they didn’t give up and everything is running perfect!
