Had a sump pump fail, luckily not an emergency situation, but RSM had a tech out later that day who got a replacement installed right away. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and performed high quality work. Will call on again!

The job had to do with removing an old sink in the basement and installing 2 utility tubs. Chris was courteous and friendly. Will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing needs.

Great service! Quick and dependable. I had a heater issue on a Saturday, they called me back within 10 minutes and was here earlier than anticipated. Chris was knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them for our future heating and cooling needs.

Chris was great, giving me good advice over the phone on the weekend after I damaged my propane line, so that I didn’t do any more damage. He ordered the parts and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Then got the house checked out and started up the propane equipment. Very good work!
