Very reliable and would recommend, I will say some carpet might need multiple cleans before it’s new again.

TJ was AWESOME! He's very professional and polite and understands customer service. he even took the time to explain, why we should clean every area of carpet in our home. An amazing young man and this guy, is going somewhere in life!

I had Extreme clean my carpets one day, and then they returned the next day to clean my laminate floors. The carpet cleaning went well although I thought the cleaning of the area rugs were costly.
I did not have a good experience with the laminate floors. There was a lot of wax build up and the guy cleaning them did not have the right steamer to get the wax off. They had to travel to Cincinnati to get the right one, and then the owner came and finished the project. He worked on my dinette area and kitchen that looked nice when done. He tried to put a finish on the foyer, but I noticed when it dried, there was still a circle from where a pail had sat. The master bath looked clean, but I had to get a rag to clean some muck around the toilet bowl. And I stepped on my clean carpet in the master bedroom to find dirty water from the bathroom had spilled on the rug. And lastly, I went through the kitchen which I thought was dry to go out the garage door to pay the owner, since the foyer was still wet. And in the kitchen there was a wet spot by the door that now has foot prints ingrained into the finish.
Never again will I use this company!!

The appointment made was really quick just a day before the service. The price is affordable the payment is exactly what we got from quotation. I was skeptical about the price when i read some comments, but i make sure the price with reservation person. The job is done by the appointed time.

The estimate for service was less than 50% of the actual charge. This can as a surprise when I went to pay the bill. We were quoted $176 and paid $499. There are still tracks of dirt on the carpet that needed to be cleaned.

The gentleman that worked at our home was courteous, punctual and professional. But we would not use them again.

We have used them twice and they are very responsive, professional, show up on time and do a great job! We have 4 dogs, so the carpet definitely sees plenty of wear and they do a great job of keeping it clean! Definitely recommend!

The gentleman that came to my house was very pleasant and professional. This was a great company to work with. I had another company, Steam Brite, come clean my couches and carpet and was told would be dry in a few hours. Well it stayed wet for about a week. Owner didn’t care when I made several calls about my concern. When I called this company they assured me it would be dry in a few hours. They throroughtly cleaned my mattress one evening and yes was dry the next day. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The service was quick and efficient. Fred was professional and told me of all the service they provide. The carpet and rugs look new.

The scheduling process was very convenient and simple. The first clean I was very disappointed and not satisfied at all. The guy rushed and did not properly clean the carpets. I was not sure how I wanted to handle my complaint as my sister was filling in and I was not personally home. I text the owner and he called me within minutes. He listened to my complaint and rescheduled a time for him to personally come out. When he came out he apologized with understanding and sincerity. He cleaned my carpet and stairs and they look fabulous. My carpets look new again. I will definitely use them again. Even with the mishap, I highly recommend their service and it speaks so much about their business ethics for going above and beyond.

Had my carpet clean by this company The young man that came to my house did a great job! Was not disappointed at all. The price was reasonable and I was very impressed with the outcome. I will recommend this company 100%.

Fred did an amazing job. If you are looking for reviews for a company that will do a great job look no further. Fred was so kind, professional, on time, and willing to do what he had to, to get the job done right. We just bought a house and Our carpet went from absolutely disgusting to looking and smelling brand new. I cannot express in this review how happy we are with the work that was done. I HIGHLY recommend Fred and his work. I will for sure be in touch again when he is needed.

Have used Xtreme Clean 95 twice this summer (2024). Definitely satisfied with their work. Workers polite and professional. Cleaning process accomplished a noticeably good result. Company keeps customer updated with text reminder and arrival time. Prices very reasonable. Recommend.

My carpet is not clean. They came and wet my carpet and left. They got done so fast. There is no way it got deep cleaned. They serviced my home on Saturday. Today is Wednesday. I have small children who spill things. I just ran my carpet cleaner and the water STILL came up black. They charged me $135 for a bedroom, a living room and some steps. The young man said "I didn't even charge you for the steps....." I am not satisfied.

They did an amazing job on my carpet.

The 2 techs that came to clean my carpet were very nice respectful understanding and fast and done a great job. Definitely want the same techs back next time for services.

Ricky and Aiden did an amazing job cleaning my couch. I was very paranoid that it wouldn’t be done correctly and I would waste my money but they outdid themselves and my expectations. The couch smelled so bad like dogs before they came and now the smell is completely gone. I could smell the goodness as soon as I walked in my door. If I ever need my carpets cleaned, I will be using them! Fred the owner was also awesome with helping me set up the appointment.

Fred and the team at Extreme Clean 95 were absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped me out of a huge jam. They got me worked in at a moment's notice and they did a great job cleaning my carpets. I could not recommend them more highly
