I had an outstanding carpet cleaning/restoration experience with Fred at Xtreme Clean 95. The appointment making was professional, the follow-up reminders brief and timely, and he arrived on time and did the work effectively and efficiently. I am very happy with the results. The fact that he used Green technology and got these results is impressive.

Easy to get a hold of and schedule. Sent a reminder courteous text the day before and an eta text the day of. Arrived when they said they would. Ricky and Aiden did a great job on our carpets and we’re finished when they said they would be.

I had extensive work done to our house while we were on vacation. I knew that there would be contractors all throughout our house for about a week working in rooms that had our 4 year old (already beat up) carpet in them.
I explained the situation to Jeff and he responded with "I got you".
We came home and the carpets looked brand new! My main concern was the basement stair case. To say it is a high traffic area is an understatement. it was the first area I checked when I got home and wow, it was beautiful.

The technicians were very polite. I didn’t watch them do the work but I wish I had because they didn’t clean under the bed like I thought they should. They said that the carpet would be dry in a couple of hours but even with fans and heaters on it took at least 10 hours. I’m satisfied with the job overall but not sure it was worth the price since they only worked for about 30 minutes.

Don’t have no before but I been here 7yrs this the first cleaning and it look awesome I just wish they move the couch but overall awesome

Extremely overpriced 259 to clean a couch and chair. If I had been advised of the price before the job was done i definately would not have agreed to that price. I now see that its consistent, of the 8 reviews, half of them is in regards to pricing. I owned a carpet cleaning business for over 10 years so I know what im talking about. The guy didn't even give me a price until after he was done. It was my fault, due to my experience and the 3 other quotes I had gotten i assumed it would be in the same ballpark as everyone else's quotes between $120-150 being the highest. What they charged for a couch and chair is the price of an entire 2-3 bedroom house. And it wasnt soiled. I was just cleaning as a courtesy for the buyer (family member) I was selling it for $200. They charged more than what I sold it for.

I feel taken advantage of by this company. I manage several rental properties and typically pay $170–$210 for carpet cleaning in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath ranch. This company charged me $611.89 for the same type of job — more than three times the normal rate.

On top of that, they added a 20% tip without my authorization and processed a charge of $734.27. I asked for a clear explanation of the difference, but they have not responded or provided any justification.

This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company and will not be using them again. POSTSCRIPT I RECIEVED A QUOTE TO HAVE THE HOME REPCAPRETED FOR $3,300 AND I LIKE TO ADD THE RESIDENTS LEFT THE HOUSE IN SPOTLESS CONDITION

I wanted to get a professional service to clean the carpet. The dog sometimes pees and poos on the carpet when we’re not home. And also the kids spill stuff. But the carpet pretty much looks and feels the same. It still feels like hard and crunchy. We have a carpet cleaner at home but I felt it wasn’t doing the best job. But when I use my at home carpet it doesn’t feel crunchy after I use it. I thought maybe if I got a professional service to come clean the carpet it would do better at suctioning everything up. But I guess not

Wonderful work! They were right on time actually about five minutes early to to be exact. I was accidentally charged too much so I reached out to Freddy. He got right back to me and rectified the situation immediately. These guys have great customer service and a great work ethic. I highly recommend them.
