We've been impressed with our service from Molly Maid of West Chester, in particular from Marilyn and Amanda. Marilyn and Amanda are very thorough and hard-working. Kelly, in the office, has also been very attentive to our needs and requests.

Barb’s crew was great. Even made my bed! One complaint is that I could not ask for a specific time to come which means I had to be available all day.

I recently hired Molly Maid for a special occasion cleaning, which was supposed to include detailed work like baseboards and more. Unfortunately, the cleaners were polite but completely incompetent. Many of the tasks listed in the package were either poorly done or not done at all. Despite paying extra to extend their time, the quality was still subpar. I ended up spending $300 for a clean that was far from satisfactory. I’m extremely disappointed and expected much better service for the price

I haven't used Molly Maids often. But I did today ....and I really needed it, especially my floors. Michelle and Eric did a fantastic job, and I'm very happy with how my home looks now. If I could ask for them every time (Michelle and Eric) I would.

Work was fast and efficient. - Acceptable. Was told they don't clean inside of entry doors? Don't understand why. Followed up corporate and was told they do indeed do inside of exterior doors and that they will instruct their staff to that fact. Again, the work was fast an efficient and is now 5 star

I was so pleased with Molly Maids Of West Chester! They came in and cleaned our whole house. I am 76 years old and could no longer do my floors or clean my house the way I used to do it. They came in and everything was shining when they left, even the showerhead was sparkling and the glass shower doors were so clean and just shining. I’m looking forward to them coming every other week to keep my house clean so thank you very much Molly Maids! Guide, Mabel and Lupe did an AMAZING job on my home. I cannot wait to have them back. Very sweet and communication was excellent of my expectations. The house looks and smells so good. Such a great feeling to have a clean house without having to do it yourself.
