I needed a last minute carpet cleaning appointment prior to our Sons wedding weekend. I sent over a quote request and
Mr. Elliott responded in a very timely manner. After exchanging conversations for about an hour via email, my appointment was scheduled. Mr. Elliott and Brian arrived to our home, gave us a GREAT quote price after assessing the areas and did an AMAZING job cleaning our floors. Our carpet is CLEAN, soft, disinfected and it smells GREAT! He also removed a paint spot in the carpet that my son made. I will DEFINITELY use them again and will GLADLY refer their services! We had GREAT conversation about family and life and I enjoyed the personable customer service from them.

Courteous, timely, great communication. Went the extra effort to help remove stains. Professional. Elliot with the experience, and Brian with the hard work and extra effort and care! Great team. Called Teasdale Fenton first - they were cheaper, but tech showed up wreaking of cigarette smoke and said they couldn't clean the couches, didn't even try to help. Glad to pay extra and get the work and quality we received.

Elliott and Brian knew they had a challenge with our carpet cleaning. Two words: Old Pets. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly and professional and our carpet looks (and smells) great! Recommend very highly, these are two hard working genuinely nice guys who do a terrific job!

Prompt and courteous on the phone and able to schedule within 2 days! An accurate and reasonable estimate. Sectional couch was thoroughly cleaned and Brian went the extra mile to help my husband move the sectional to another part of the house as well. It shows that this company is owner operated and they take pride in their work. Will be calling Extra Effort again!

We had the great pleasure to work with Brian and Elliott when they came to clean our entire 4000+ sq ft home before moving in. They were incredibly considerate, professional, and so fun to talk to while they were here. I priced out other companies and he was right on point with his estimate, has decades of experience, and was incredibly communicative from the first phone call until the carpets were cleaned. We had to call back and rearrange schedules to make it work after our closing date was changed, and we are SO happy we were able to use them! Absolutely worth every penny. 10/10 recommend!!
