This was a great experience. The cleaners were friendly and they went above and beyond. They said they always do one extra thing that's unexpected. I'm now on the schedule for good!

I cannot express how disappointing my cleaning was and it was not cheap ($250). They left dirt on the counter and didn’t even properly make the bed. I almost couldn’t tell if they even came as our house isn’t usually that messy so it was hard to tell if they even cleaned at all. Extremely disappointing I would avoid this company if possible

At quick inspection it looks good, but then you realize that's exactly what it's supposed to do, pass a quick inspection. Once you get into it, things fall apart fast. There's still stuff of the far sides of the faucets, baseboard corners are left untouched, stuff has literally been swept under rugs. Walls weren't wiped down and a m they didn't seem to know that the trash can moved because there was all kinds of stuff behind it. Ceiling fans are clean but they missed the lampshade I'm looking at right now I just realized. They were doing so much banging around upstairs that we didn't understand what it was. Apparently it was to cover up the fact that they were going through drawers. I know this for a fact because I normally have a razor for my feet in my shower that I buried in the bottom of my bathroom drawer right before they arrived and after they left it was laying on top of everything else. So somebody went digging for goodies. I haven't found anything missing otherwise I'd have gotten the cops involved but unless you want to inventory your stuff for a job you're gonna have to finish yourself.

We had a team of three ladies who cleaned our rental for our move-out & they did a fantastic job! They were fast & efficient, and the place looked like it did the day we moved in! 10/10!

I had Molly maid come to my house 2 times, both times the crew left dirt in clear view both times! Didn’t clean cabinets, didn’t dust light fixtures, they don’t even clean the floor around your toilets!! All of my blinds were still very dirty. There were 3 cleaners at my home on my last service and they spent bare minimum time and did a bare minimum cleaning.
I had expressed my concerns and told Molly maid my priorities with the cleans and they didnt seem to get the message.

UPDATE: after posting the original review, I was contacted by Molly Maid and they sent another crew out to take care of what had not been dusted. I was impressed by the quick response and commitment to making sure I was satisfied. Outside of the issue with dusting, everything else was cleaned beautifully. I will call them again.

Disappointed that many things either weren’t dusted at all or just half-dusted. Anything in the photos that looks wiped is from my hand running across it. Floors, bathroom and kitchen were cleaned well. But clearly no one checked to make sure all surfaces were free of dust and hair. First time customer, won’t use them again.

Jenna and Paula were so efficient and industrious! They arrived promptly and didn’t stop working for even a minute in the 2 hours they were here!
The Molly Maid ladies were so enthusiastic and attentive to me throughout their mission. It was quite delightful!

Emily has an outstanding record and performance! I’ve been working with her and she’s the most sweet person you can talk with so definitely will do a great job! I can’t recommend her enough. Edit: I just had another cleaning done, a little over 3 months later. My place wasn't terribly in need of it, but it positively sparkles now... The team did a great job, AGAIN 8^).

Yellow team did a fantastic job and Alysha and team leader were wonderful. Trusted them totally. Sorry so late in responding but they were super good and I've been enjoying my clean house. Would like same one again.

Michael and Kylie did a very nice job cleaning our house. They were on time, courteous and well organized. It was so nice to come home to a clean, refreshed house; even the fingerprints on the oven were gone!

Just got my first cleaning done today and I cannot express how much of a weight was lifted off my shoulders to come into a clean after work. Geidy and Mabel did such a wonderful job and I really appreciated their attention to detail (especially the little toilet paper flower! So cute!) Thank you for doing such a great job!

Communication was exceptional and they were prompt. They were able to remove stains that had been in my sofa for years that would come out with nothing else. I highly recommend Brian and Elliott.
