Maynor, from Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Cincinnati, has been working with us and providing commercial cleaning services for our business since the fall of 2017. During this time, I have been very impressed and pleased with Maynor. He is very reliable, thorough, and actively communicates with me when something needs attention or if we need to change the schedule during the week for any reason.

I have been handling the cleaning service contract for our company now for the last 14 years and I cannot remember having a better, more reliable service from anybody or any team of people than what I have with Maynor.

I hope that he continues to service our account for many years to come.

Vanguard completed our turn cleaning in 2020 in addition to having a our weekly clubhouse/office cleaning. They are prompt, responsive, were able to stay on schedule even with a heavy workload, and above all else, did a great job cleaning the units. I am writing to formally file a complaint against Vanguard Cleaning Systems for their unprofessional conduct, breach of contract, and the poor handling of our long-standing business relationship.
Our medical office had worked with Vanguard Cleaning for several years. However, over time, we noticed a consistent decline in the quality of their services. We brought this to their attention multiple times, specifically pointing out that they were not fulfilling the duties outlined in our signed contract. We were not asking for anything beyond the agreed-upon services—we simply referred to the contract and asked them to complete the required daily and weekly cleaning tasks as outlined. Despite our reasonable and documented requests, the company became defensive rather than taking steps to correct the issues.
Eventually, Vanguard Cleaning ceased services altogether without providing any proper notice. Per our contract, a 30-day notice is required from either party prior to termination. Instead of honoring this agreement, they simply stopped showing up, leaving our medical facility without any cleaning coverage and no explanation. This sudden abandonment forced our own staff to take on cleaning duties each morning and night just to maintain a safe environment for patients and employees.
As a healthcare provider, we rely heavily on consistent and professional cleaning services. Vanguard’s behavior was not only irresponsible but also placed an unnecessary burden on our team and risked the hygiene standards required in a medical setting.
We are extremely disappointed and feel it is important to warn others—especially those in healthcare—about the lack of accountability and professionalism demonstrated by this company. We are asking the Better Business Bureau to record this complaint and take any appropriate action to hold Vanguard Cleaning Systems accountable for their breach of contract and failure to meet basic service standards.

Everything was perfect!! The team works quickly and efficiently! It’s great to know your home is taken care of by this service! We are able to leave our dog out with them while the cleaning takes place and we really appreciate not having to crate her on cleaning days. The team leaves cute touches like folds in the toilet paper and paper towel roll as well - which is a very sweet and personal touch I enjoy!

First clean was great....Second clean, not so much. Not sure why a vacuum would be needed in a bathroom. I initially thought it was for the baseboards, upon inspection, definitely not. My cousins use Molly Maid and they have nothing but great things to say years later. Think I'll be making the switch - the fact that they do dishes is definitely a plus!

My cleaning team of Trudy and Nicole(Team 5) are the BEST! With Trudy as the team leader, our condo is always looking spotless! Trudy and her team make sure of this, they all go above and beyond of what is required. The Cleaning Authority is great! Highly recommend.

They were prompt, friendly, and very focused individuals. Great Team! Lori does a great job in providing her team with directions and following through to ensure that things are done.

We have always been happy with them. They are always willing to be flexible and they're very patient with our pets. The latest group to clean our house included Haley, Kiersten, and Jennifer, but we have had several different cleaners throughout the past couple years and they have all been lovely!
