Team #14 cleans our home on a regular basis and we are tremendously pleased. They are professional, highly respectful of our belongings, and thorough in their cleaning. It is a joy to come home to sparkling sinks, freshly made beds, and shiny floors. We have hired them for 2 years and look forward to many more!

First time using Cleaning Authority here. I did use them in another state and they did a great job then as well. Easy to schedule (no long wait), friendly, prepared and prompt employees. Lauren & Emma did a great job on my first deep clean. Katie stopped by to inspect their work and had no complaints. They each wore shoe covers which is appreciated. An overall great experience.

Yesterday Wayne and Brandon cleaned my carpets. First time using them. I was very happy with the results.

They got several spots out that I did not think possible. The dry time is fantastic.

I highly recommend Brandon and Wayne at ProDry Floor Care. I was able to book carpet cleaning services quickly. They are located in West Chester, but drove 30 minutes to Hyde Park where we live.

They were running ahead of schedule, and considerately texted to ask if they could come early. They were professional; asked what I was looking for exactly and gave me options in case I was interested.

They did a beautiful, timely job cleaning our carpet, and answering any questions I had about continued care and maintenance. We will have them back again, and will try some of their other services, along with carpet cleaning.

Quick, responsive, effective. Our carpeted basement was a mess thanks to our dogs and these guys got the smell right out; they even came back a second time to treat it again for no extra charge. They don’t use the big hoses that have to go out your door either, which was nice for keeping our house warm while the service was provided

Brandon and Hunter did a fantastic job cleaning our massive sectional sofa. They took it all apart, cleaned the floor under it, spent a lot of time cleaning each section, cushion and pillow thoroughly. Then they put it all back together in a way that allowed it to dry most effectively. Very pleasant to work with, respectful of property, prompt and thorough. Will continue having them out every year for our annual clean. Very happy with their service!

Highly recommend prodry floor care! They were able to get stains out after both of our dogs were sick and went to the bathroom all over our white carpet. Very professional, thorough and quick to respond. Will definitely use them moving forward!

I was so pleasantly surprised how great Mom's carpets looked after being cleaned. Mom is 94, and there were spills and stains, and the guys were diligent in erasing most of them. They were polite, conversational, and produced a good outcome at a pretty reasonable price. Oh, and dry cleaning meant we only had to wait a couple hours before we could walk on the carpet again. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks, guys!

Had a wonderful experience having my carpets and rugs cleaned by ProDry in Mason. I just had surgery so couldn’t move furniture ahead of them coming. They made sure to move light furniture (chairs) and other items out of the way to ensure carpets got cleaned. They were in and out in 2 hours and the carpets were dried in about 2 hours. I’m definitely using them again.

We have used this company for 3 years to clean the carpet at our church. Wayne is always very quick in communicating, and cares about getting things done well. The carpet always looks good when they’re done.

I was interested in trying a carpet cleaning company where it did not take severasl days for the carpet to dry. ProDry said it would be dry within a few hours. Except for the steps all the carpet was dry. It was humid yesterday so more drying time was needed. However, the carpet was very clean and I was very happy with the job and pricing.

Excellent Service, very friendly and courteous! The method they use has my carpet smelling fresh and looking great! I’ve used their services for several years and will continue to do so. ProDry was amazing! They cleaned our carpets thoroughly in a few hours time and with less water. The floors were literally dry in 2 hours. After the cleaning, we had a party and someone spilled red wine on the white carpet. With just a blotting, the stain came up! Their protectant worked exceptionally well. I highly recommend this company.
