First of all I want to take this opportunity to thank April, whom is the receptionist. She was absolutely the sweetest. I had to cancel my appointment for my carpet cleaning several times due to being ill.
They were so unbelievably understanding. So after I had to reschedule for what was probably the tenth time. She just reassured me to not worry that they would be out. Since I live in an apartment I get a free cleaning every year when I sign my lease. The last carpet cleaning company had a policy if I didn’t get them cleaned by a certain date, it was too bad. But I can say from personal experience, they were so caring and honestly wanted me to get better and when I was ready they were more than happy to come. Then when the guy came to clean my carpet. He was so thorough and spent a lot of time making sure he got everything clean and it looked immaculate. I couldn’t have been more happier. The service was amazing and the customer service was fabulous. Hands-down the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Thank you so much for your wonderful work and your wonderful kindness.

Don from Olmec Reflections cleaned my carpets and the upholstery on my couch. The job was well done and both the carpet and couch look great. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend a regular cleaning. It helps with the longevity of carpets and upholstery.

Cleaned bamboo floors- very dirty and dusty prior to move-in and after renovation work. Don with Olmec did a super job. They look terrific! Grateful. Will use again soon to clean some upholstered furniture.

But the best part was how great a job they did! I have 4 kids and white carpets and spots that I’ve clean over 10 times without getting the spots all the way clean. But they were G O N E when they cleaned my carpets!!! So thrilled!!!! Exceeded every expectation! And the Price was fantastic!

I consider myself lucky to have found Olmec! Not only did they fit me in on the same day I called, but they met me an hour later and offered me a fantastic price. Not only was Don prompt and professional, but when a local power outage stopped the work before it even began, he offered to come back later in the evening to finish the work. They went above and beyond for me and the results were fantastic.

Highly recommend! Floors came out great. April was super helpful with answering questions and made rescheduling a cakewalk when other contractors fell behind. Don was incredibly flexible as well with working around the whole situation and obviously did a great job with the floors. Will be back for any future flooring needs!

He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job. Carpets looked better than they ever have. He even educated on us about how to vacuum correctly and prepare the carpet for cleaning. I will have him back.

I reached out looking for someone to clean my carpets last minute and Don reached out to me personally with quotes. I called the next day and the women who answered new who I was and was ready for me. They set me up for service immediately and Don came out himself to do the job.
