We were in the process of moving when we hired Olmec to clean our carpets and take care of our wood floors (laminate). Don was very knowledgeable and pleasant when he was working and shared tips and tricks with me about how to care for my floors. I left before he was done, as I was on a schedule for unloading a truck at the new house. When I returned the next day, I was a little concerned about the way the floor looked and called to voice my concern about the way they looked, as the new owner was taking the keys that day. I am SO VERY impressed with how that was handled. April listened to my concern and was attentive and responded immediately to contact the technician who worked on the floors, Don. She assured me that he would be back to fix the issue as soon as he could. Don did not disappoint!! He showed up and made the floor look spectacular, as promised. Olmec does it right, and if you’re not satisfied, they will make it right without hesitation. I would highly recommend them for any of your floor cleaning needs!!

Wow. I could not believe how clean our carpets came out. My kids had made all kinds of stains. He made them look new. Very professional, on time, laid cloth down to protect flooring. Very fair pricing as well. Thank you! Will definitely use in the future.

Absolutely amazing and would recommend Olmec every time! Very courteous, and kept us up-to-date the entire time! Stayed a little late the one day to make sure that we truly liked the stain before it became permanent! The time schedule that they gave was accurate, and they answered any questions that I had! Went as far as ensuring that my garage door was shut and helped closing it when it malfunctioned from my phone! Overall great quality, hands down the best choice we made!

Getting our carpets cleaned by OLMEC Reflections!

They take the extra care to protect your flooring. They cleaned hall, stairs and 4 rooms in less than 2 hours. Couldn't be happier with the results. My carpets looks so much better. They were on time, professional and thorough!

I know they do commercial, rentals, homes and even refinish wood floors. I'll definitely be using them again.

This process of having about 1000sq ft of hardwood floors refinished was quick but maybe due to inadequate practices. The “first” staining resulted in a grey cloudiness around most door frames and in small closet areas. The polyurethane finish is not smooth- it remains in a “roller bubbly” look.
Don refinished our front entry and it turned out fine - the angst about how uneven, grey and cloudy it was at every door frame, made me weary of whether he could blend it into the kitchen - it is 80% blended, but a different glossiness.
2 negative unexpected issues:
- our baseboards were marred and I had to repaint them all
- they poured leftover stain on our driveway and it remains (not sure a power washer will remedy it?)
2 positives:
-They used a system to move our refrigerator
- they replaced 2 boards at our front door as added value

Just had Magna-Dry come in again this year. Tim did a great, very professional job and took measures to avoid tracking any dirt in. Everything is very clean. This is much better than alternatives.
