Mario and his team were great to work with. I inquired about a quote to redesign our mulch beds and 3 days later the job was completed. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend their services!

Called on Monday mid morning for our yard to be cleaned up before the snow on Tuesday, and they were there in the afternoon getting it done. Did a great job and was very professional.

Love buying local from Jamie's. From big landscaping jobs to small condo plant needs for annuals or potted plants, Jamie's folks are friendly and everything is reasonably priced with quality goods. They are also handling COVID wonderfully with staff wearing masks, sanitizer available before you touch a door. Plenty of parking. Thank you Jamie's!

Jamie's Landscaping has been providing exceptional service to me and my mother for years. The quality of the materials he uses are top quality, and he is the kind of owner who will actually come to your home to survey the work and resolve any issues if necessary!

Delivery Issues
First delivery of boulder was last year. The driver buried the forklift in my backyard and had to leave it over night. Crew came the next day and removed forklift but did not offer anything for the destruction of the corner of my yard. Delivery yesterday was set for 10 AM. After numerous phone calls and explanations the driver showed up at 5 PM. I spoke to Donna numerous times during the day and she apologized for the delays. Again, nothing said about the waste of an entire day waiting on delivery. The cable company does a better job of scheduling.

We recently had a tree removed in our backyard. Jamie’s Landscaping came out to be the lowest cost from all the estimates we received. They agreed to cut the tree down May 11th. That day comes and goes and no one showed up. I called the next day and they said the rain pushed them behind schedule by a day. That’s all fine and dandy but a phone call with that update would have been nice.

The next day come, they again said they would cut the tree down. Again, no one shows. I called the office for a second time and now they say the tree is too large for them to cut. Mind you, they came out and inspected the tree prior, and we signed a contract confirming the price.

Jamie’s then brought an outside contractor in to do the job. These guys showed up but only took down 1/4 of the tree. The next day when I called (see a pattern here?) they said the contractors are not responding to their calls and ghosted them. So they hired ANOTHER contractor to come do the job. This guy was actually responsive and professional and completely cut the tree down in half a day.

Now, Jamie’s said they would remove the brush and grind the stump. The guys came out to remove the brush on a Friday afternoon. They did not know I was home and observing but they were sitting in their truck for almost an hour doing absolutely nothing. When they finally decided to get to work, they only cleaned up 1/2 the brush and left.

The next day I called (again) and they asked me to send pictures proving that the brush and stump had not been taken care of. Finally, 3 days later, they completed the job. Overall, this took almost an entire month to cut down ONE tree. The absolute worst customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. Please, take your money elsewhere!!

Installed two Green Giant Arborvitae for us in 2018. Outstanding installation, beautiful trees, great mulch and fair price. Thank you Jamie and team. Have always had positive visits to your business with lots of advice on landscaping.

I went for one of their group classes. We were socially distanced and it was very nice. The class included everything we needed and there was staff there to help at all times. They were friendly, attentive and enthusiastic. I am very excited to go back again.

Also, I believe his name was Keith, and his expertise was on garden vegetables and helped walk us through fall garden planting. Not a huge selection to choose from. I believe they were awaiting a shipment!

I got limelight hydrangas and love them!!!

Just an overall poor experience. Was in the store less than 5 minutes and felt like I was being spoken to like a child. Jamie refused to even speak to me about mulch prices and his employee working that day showed me the mulch and just walked away, even though I stated I had questions. Ended up buying my mulch elsewhere and was much happier.

editing my prior post. lesson learned, I should call first to deal with the issue than post online. Jamie and I discussed what happened with the poor leaf compost and he has gone above and beyond to correct the issue. he has made the commitment to clean up the rock that was in the compost and provide replacement compost as well. Very nice to find someone that stands behind their product. will definitely go back and hoping this round will be better than the first.

Locally family-owned. Great varieties and selections of healthy plants. Friendly folks who are ready to help and get answers ASAP for their customers. Went there to for pricing on trees (shade, fruit, and pines) which all seemed to be reasonable for the size we're wanting; left with two variegated hostas for our patio. We do intend on going back for a couple of trees and perhaps landscaping design as well as driveway work.

Great local landscape supply store, Jamie the owner is hands on and if he’s around always says hi. We use them for all of our needs from gravel, mulch, and soil. To plants and straw. If you’re in the area don’t hesitate to stop in over the big box stores.

If you’re looking for a Christmas tree I highly recommend Jamie’s Landscaping! We went to several bigger stores and the trees were about 4 foot tall and seriously thin and dead. We got an awesome tree and the service was awesome! The kids roasted marshmallows, had hot chocolate, and even got candy canes. We will definitely go back there again!

We can't say enough about the job and your crew! They've done an outstanding job. The crew is hardworking, very professional and they always clean up before leaving for the night. Needless to say we are extremely pleased.

Basically this business wasted a month of our time by not returning calls and emails after an employee came out to our property to get a large project going. After never getting a return call, I called the owner, Jamie. He told me that someone would call me back that day. I’m still waiting weeks later. Very unprofessional. I guess you have to live in West Chester to get any service. Don’t waste your time!

Great selection and friendly people. They even were able to deliver the day I ordered.

Stopped in to pick up some pumpkins for Halloween. I noticed that the store has a great selection of pavers rocks and stones. Customer service was excellent. The clerk who assisted us was a very helpful. It was not a busy time at the store, so perhaps at busier times it might be different. I will certainly return and purchase other things in the future.

Jamie’s is wonderful! I recently had a load of crushed limestone delivered for my driveway. The driver left one huge pile instead of multiple down driveway like we talked about. I was disappointed. It was going to add hours of work for me to spread it manually. Jamie and Donna were quick to make it right! The very next day they sent THREE guys with a Dingo and rakes. They were barely here 15 minutes and completely spread the driveway! They were so kind and went ABOVE and BEYOND what I hoped. I will always recommend this company and be a customer! Thank you again guys, you’re amazing!
