As a first time home buyer I have little experience maintaining a home by myself so I called JM mechanical for a furnace tune up right when I purchased my home. Every aspect of my experience with this company was great, from the scheduling to the appointment itself. The technician was thorough and also very informative, taking time to explain the ins and outs of things I needed to understand/look for as a home owner as well giving me helpful advice. Their services are fairly priced. I also appreciated that they sent a profile of the technician to me when he was on his way so that I could properly identify him when he got here. I will be sure to tell any of my fellow homeowners about JM mechanical and will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future!

From the time I called to the time Michael showed up, I’ve been impressed with this companies customer service. They are very professional and personable. Not only was Michael early, he was very pleasant and well groomed. He made me feel very comfortable and explained what was going on with my HVAC. The best part was there was NO pressure to have any extra bells or whistles. He didn’t try to make me a “club member” or feed me any lies about something needing fixed that wasn’t truly broken. Thank you so much Michael! Two thumbs up!!!

We are very happy with our new air conditioning system! We had several other quotes from companies charging much more for lesser quality systems. Within a week we had a quote (Brandon was great, professional and helpful) and the new system was installed (Jason and Alex were efficient, professional and respectful of our house and our indoor cats). The office was efficient, polite and answered our calls and any questions quickly and honestly. We had a great experience and highly recommend JM Mechanical.

JM Mechanical company is fantastic! We trust no one else for our HVAC and water heater needs. Sean Kunz is wonderful! He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Sean serviced our JM Mechanical appliances: Daikin HVAC system and Navien hot water heater. He spent time checking inside and outside and explaining it all! The Navien tankless water heater is amazing and our family of 5 never runs out of hot water anymore! Thank you Sean for your time and help! Thank you JM Mechanical for being a reliable company!

Noah Williams and Donald Gilbert from JM Mechanics were great HVAC technician. The two together have synergy and worked great together! They were technically very good but provided great customer service. JM Mechanical hired the right guys when they hired them.

Every single person we have dealt with at JM has always been amazing. We had a major job at our house and now know most of the guys coming out to do yearly service calls. 10/10. Scheduling is also very easy.

Fast response time. Shawn was early to the appointment which was great! He figured out the issues within minutes. He fixed the issues and explained everything he was doing and what we needed to do as well. I recommend JM Mechanical!

Andrew arrived as scheduled. Very professional and respectful of my home. Very thorough in his inspection my heat pump system. Didn't try to sell me anything else I didn't need. I would recommend JM mechanical to anybody.

JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling is a 5 star company with 5-star employees. Over this holiday weekend, they went out of their way to help us troubleshooting our ac problem and then sent out a tech asap to further diagnose the problem. Everyone was kind and respectful of our property and our children. They truly care able their customers and treat them almost as if they are family. No pressure, no hassle, just honest to goodness hard workmanship! Thank you for getting us back up and running in the most efficient and least expensive way!

We had a new equipments installed in our house, we had a great experience with all JM Mechanicals team, they guide us through all the process and gave us the best solutions for us. We were so happy with their work that we have kept the maintenance with them.

I have had consistently great experiences working with JM Mechanical - Jared Teegarden in particular. Jared has offered excellent services and knowledgeable advice every time he has been by our home. I have had some difficulty in the past finding a company that is able to support my whole home Mini split system as it is relatively uncommon in the ohio area. Jared has demonstrated knowledge of such systems and has also done independent research and provided me additional insights. He is truly passionate about providing excellent service and continually building his knowledge base. I would highly recommend both JM Mechanical and Jared.

We had extremely great service from JM Mechanical Heating and Cooling. Shaun, Donald and his team member (didn’t catch his name but he was a vet) did an amazing job troubleshooting and installing a new HVAC system for us. They were met with some adversity in our older home but they prevailed! Highly recommended!

Sean was thorough and even inspected the AC and boiler, which were not part of the service call. He was professional, clean, and put on his boot covers. He spent plenty of time, analyzing the problem and explained it to me in detail. He was not rushed to leave and was very courteous.

Excellent service JM Mechanical is always responsive and on time for their jobs. They communicate when they will be there and you’re not stuck waiting all day. Very thorough and knowledgeable technicians with great customer service. Highly recommended. Devin and Noah did a great job today replacing our AC coil.

Not only was he on time for the appointment, but he did a very thorough assessment easily finding the source of the problem before fixing it. Love that this is a local company too!

I used JM Mechanical today based on referral from neighbor. The technician, Sean Kunz, that came out to provide maintenance on my furnace was very professional and competent. Very satisfied with his work and JM Mechanical. Will definitely use them again in the spring for air conditioner maintenance.
