My entire experience with JM Mechanical has been top notch. I dealt with 5 people (sales, scheduling, & 3 technicians), all of whom were very helpful, professional, and pleasant. Communication is great at every step, they explain things, clean up after their work, and generally treat the customer with respect. They replaced my furnace about 5 years ago and I came back to them when my AC went out.

UPDATE 2025: Spring checkup again and everything is fine. They arrived on time as promised, and checked our entire system. Great service, and polite and efficient technicians are what we have experienced ever since we signed up a number of years ago. They are still the BEST!

UPDATE 2024: Just had our Spring system checkup. Everything went well and Sean was very helpful and efficient. All of the people at JM Mechanical that we have spoken to are excellent, and go out of their way to be helpful. We are extremely pleased with our choice to work with them, and they have been excellent.

UPDATE: Just had our annual system checkup. We had a small problem that defied resolution but Robert stayed with it until he got everything working correctly again. A great job, and another reason I highly recommend JM Mechanical. They care about their customers, do what they say, and go beyond to assure satisfaction. We are very pleased!

Great experience from start to finish. We needed a new heat pump HVAC system, and from the quote to the completion this is a professional company. Jason and Alex installed our new system, everything was completed and cleaned up in less time than we thought, and we are just thrilled with the new system. Josh (the Owner) is great to work with, and provided honest and full answers to any questions we had. Plus the quote process was so easy and fast. They are professionals, and take pride in their work. Highly recommended!!

Jared was the technician who did the work and he was thorough and very professional. His knowledge was amazing. Very nice young man and I would recommend this company anytime to anyone! Be sure to get your HVAC systems checked annually! It will save you money in the long run.

We are very pleased with the mini-split system installed by JM mechanical. It provides very quiet heating for our family room that has never received enough heat from our furnace. It looks like summer cooling will be just as good. Don and Noah did a great job on the full installation, wiring, and cleanup.

Our technician Kaden was on time and very thorough with his inspection. After completing his work, he gave a complete and detailed report. He was polite and courteous. Thank you.

Donald the installer was excellent. Very friendly and professional. I found the entire company to be that way. Brandon was also very pleasant to deal with. Everything was very timely and excellent work

Andrew showed up an hour early for a Saturday 1:00 appt. We explained in detail the problems we were having with the furnace and heat pump. He got right to work and identified the cause of the problems. We have a home warranty plan and had work done in the last 3 months on both units through the warranty company. Unfortunately for us, the HVAC companies sent by the warranty company only did half the job. Fortunately for us, we use JM Mechanical and they sent Andrew, a true professional, who knew exactly what was going. After dealing with 2 less-than-ideal warranty-provided HVAC companies, it was WONDERFUL and REASSURING to work with the honest and reliable people at JM Mechanical, people you can trust. We had a great experience with JM Mechanical! We appreciated their knowledge of a boiler and radiator system - they taught us how it all works in our new-to-us old house. We had some valves on our radiators replaced and they did a great job and communicated well. Highly recommend. Thank you, JM Mechanical.

Kaden did a very good and professional job….just as we would expect froma MM technician…and Barb is very pleasant and easy to deal with.

I have used this company twice and they go above and beyond! First fixing my furnace in the cold winter months and now saving the day with my A/C right before the brutal heat. Sean did a wonderful job and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Sean did an amazing job! He was patient and personable. What a wonderful representative for JM Mechanical. Today, training was taking place and everyone polite and still didn't take very long.

We used JM Mechanical to service our geothermal hvac today and we are very glad we did. The company that installed it never provided any service. We wanted to get with a local service company and JM has their office in West Chester but service all the tristate area. Our water in the geo thermal was nearly dry! Sean, our service tech corrected that, complete service took about an hour. $90. We are very pleased! No hard sell on a service contract either(which we will forego for now) so that is also much appreciated. Highly recommend JM Mechanical for any service you may need.

Donald and the staff at JM are top notch and focused a complete service offering! Donald was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was thorough and efficient with helping us get our AC back up and running. We would recommend and will have him back for our maintenance in the future!

JM Mechanical is always my go to with issues I can't resolve myself. Their customer service is great and every technician I've had out has been polite and knowledgeable. You definitely don't get the "this guy is just trying to sell me something" vibe a lot other companies have. Today Sean came and got my AC up and running in no time. Great experience.

Andrew is the best! He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained the issues to me - a non-techie - with respect and in a way I could understand. He was able to resolve the issue - we have heat again! And I saved money with the membership plan. He also advised of some lookouts for my spring maintenance visit. Andrew R was excellent. Very friendly and professional, as well as super knowledgeable. He ran diagnostics both on our HVAC and our separate mini splits. He was able to explain the repair and used photos from our roof unit, explained the estimate and completed the job perfectly. What makes Andrew so exceptional is that I know at this time of year given the heat how busy technicians are and he didn’t seem rushed or make me feel rushed or push off the job until another day. He stayed as long as it took and checked in with me throughout the job. JM continues to be among the best contractors we use.

Our unit is up and running like new! I would definitely recommend this company with their friendly service, competitive pricing and guaranteed warranty.

Would highly recommend Dinald. He was right on time, diagnosed the issue immediately and had the unit running in no time. I love how he took the time with this first time home owner to go over some tips and tricks on how to keep the until running efficiently. Definitely looking into the maintenance plan he recommended.
