Horrible. They will give you a contract, then lie and say they are requesting a crew change just so that they can fulfill their obligations to another contract owner that they owe business to. I would never recommend that anyone do business with them.

Did not have a positive experience with this company. Basically, company underbid the contract and a month into the services voiced they would need to raise their pricing in order to continue services. We agreed to new pricing and a month later, we received an email notifying us that they could not find anyone to clean our facility and they were "waiving" their 30 day notice required by our contract. This left us with no notice of finding a new vendor so services would be un-interrupted. Timely communication was also a problem on other issues. Will definately be looking for a company that has excellent communication skills, employees that are trained properly and do thorough jobs and has sufficient employees to cover their contracts.

We are very pleased with Vanguard Cleaning Service. I have been the office manager for 2 years and they are easy to work with, very reliable, and our office looks great!

Kevin has been wonderful in correcting any issues that we have had in the past. He's brought in a new crew and they have made HUGE progress here in our facility. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and the actions taken. They are VERY quick to reply to any/all communications as well.

Only been with us for a couple months now but i have nothing bad to say at all. The cleaning guy/crew is awesome. He shows up everyday, makes sure he checks everything that needs to be done. He brings in extra men sometimes if he needs to do more then his everyday duties, like cleaning the windows once a month. Before he leaves he always asked if there is something else that needs to be done or to double check what he has done. He always says goodbye, see you tomorrow, to let us know he is leaving. So far we have no complaints and highly recommend them at the moment. Will update my review if things change.

Vanguard completed our turn cleaning in 2020 in addition to having a our weekly clubhouse/office cleaning. They are prompt, responsive, were able to stay on schedule even with a heavy workload, and above all else, did a great job cleaning the units.
