This is the second time we have used Mr. Rooter and we had excellent service both times. Tom installed our water heater and did a great job. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends and family

We had a leak coming from the bypass valve on our water softener so we called Mr. Rooter. Unfortunately, The technician who came misdiagnosed the problem twice. First, he seemed sure to know where the leak was coming from and that it was fixable, after more than half an hour of work he admitted that he had misdiagnosed where the leak was coming from and that the water softener is damaged beyond repair. In an attempt to bypass the water softener to stop the leak he introduced two unnecessary valves to the pipes coming in and out of the water softener which end up acting as two additional water main valves. After realizing this second mistake, he simply connected the two pipes together. The biggest problem after all this is that we were overcharged for the extra unnecessary work and mistakes done by the technician. We contacted the company in hope of sorting this out, we were told that it would be brought up with a manager and we would hear back, nothing happened, and we haven't heard from anyone.

I own a 100 year old house that had a shower and sink that would not drain and was plumbed in a way that confused everybody that looked at it. Chad and and Robert were fantastic! Whatever you're paying Chad is not enough because he really went the extra mile to fully understand what the situation was. A few times during the day we thought that we had come to a standstill And Chad's thinking outside the box enabled them to narrow down the real issue. I cant recommend them highly enough. Also consider getting the Neighborly membership that will give you discounts on plumbing, electric and a host of other things. Very pleased with this company!

They responded quickly to my emergency situation. Chad was great in helping resolve the problem. Next time I need any plumbing taken care of I'll be contacting this company. Definitely recommend

Not very many plumbers do mobile homes, but they do, and they saved us. My wife and I just bought a place and love it, but 2 days in our drains were completely clogged. We called so many places and it took almost a week before we found them. Now we can use the bathroom, take showers, and just turn the water on without our place smelling like sewage. And, the guys were completely professional. They also didn't have to use any machines, so they knocked off $100 from the quote. Will only use them again in the future. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

It depends on who you get. The first service tech was not thorough in locating our problem and gave up at a cost of $660.00, a lot of money wasted. The second service tech spent 6+ hrs until he found our main sewer pipe break and completed every part of the work he was paid for before leaving, another $700.00 +
I give high regards to Andrew. Will not use them again because of this inconsistency at my cost. I do not recommend for main sewer pipe plumbing problem repairs. Shop around!

The crew from Mr. Rooter, came to give me an estimate for an outside garden faucet that was not working. No only Erick and his team was able to find the issue, but it also repair the valve pressure that was leaking. I was not expecting the replacement for a new unit but was needed. He accommodated me in his schedule and did it right then. There was "good customer service and professionalism" in the service provided.

Zack was very polite and professional. He did the job and explained what he was doing. The clog ran all the way through the bathtub drain pipe to the basement where it met another pipe. We never would have been able to get to it on our own. He covered his shoes before coming in and didn't leave a big mess afterward like we had previously experienced with other plumbers. He's just a very nice young guy and we were very happy with the work he did.

We had an underground downspout drain that was backing up. Mr. Rooter came out and explained they’d run a camera through and attempt to auger it to clear the line. Then, that turned into the camera guy not being available. Fine. So they put the auger through and came the next day for the camera. The camera guy shows up and runs the camera in 10 feet to say the pipe is collapsed. Why wasn’t the camera done FIRST? I wouldn’t have wasted time and money trying to clear a line that’s collapsed. Of course for $108/ft they’d run the same poor quality corrugated pipe 80 feet to the street (an outrageous price by industry standards). The plumbers were unfriendly and not very easy to work with. I had to call multiple times to get the receipt and records emailed. No thanks. We won’t be using their services again.

The tech that arrived (Scott Amos) was very professional and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and gave me some maintenance tips for other items he spotted while fixing my main issue. As a newer home owner this was very much appreciated.

Eric Major was our tech that came out. He did a great job and was very curious and professional. The office staff that set up the appointments gave us a small window for the tech to show up which made it easier to meet him there.

Eric Schultz is a great technician. He came to Spfld did amazing work and had a pleasant personality. A very determined worker. 👍

Chad!Chad!Chad! CHAD IS THE MAN! I literally cannot say enough about this guy. Plumbing is expensive anyhow but we got what we paid for. His service is amazing. He has top notch knowledge, customer service, patience, you can tell he loves his job and wants nothing more than to make his customers happy. Above and beyond. The man deserves a raise. Thanks Chad! Josh our salesman was very clear and easy to work with. The pricing was upfront, fair, and came with no games - just a good low everyday price for us to consider. The installation team was on time, very professional, neat and accurate. Very appreciative of a job well done, on time and at a fair price.

They were able to come and fix my clogged roof drain the same day. Other companies would not even help me. The gentlemen were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They will be the first plumbers I call in the future.

Had a leaky pipe that I couldn't get to stop dripping. When I called, they were able to send someone out fairly quickly compared to some competitors. Our technician was Tom, who was definitely one of the friendliest and down to earth guys out there. Tom not only fixed the issue for a reasonable price, but he was also very knowledgable and took the time to explain our options along with the pros and cons of each. Any plumbing needs we have going forward, I will be using Mr. Rooter and asking for Tom.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter. My main line drain was clogged, and it could not be cleared from the normal entry point that was at ground level. I called Mr. Rooter and Richard came out the same day and explained what was going on and how it could be dealt with. He returned the next day with his co-workers, Jerry and Robert. They worked together and were able to clear the main drain by accessing the entry point from the roof. They even ran a camera down and sent me the video.

James and Chad were very nice and explained everything they were doing. They answered all my questions so I could understand what they were doing. I like that you get a call letting you know what time to expect them. I will be recommending Mr. Rooter to all my friends.

Highly recommend ! From my call for help, Melissa was awesome, and was very clear on the process and timing. When Chad arrived, he was professional, friendly and respectful. Most of all he was knowledgeable and thorough. When completed, everything was not only draining perfectly, but the work area was totally cleaned. I came here to write a glowing review! This past tuesday night, our basement flooded after the storms we had. Realized the flooding at about 730. We called a few 24 hour plumbers, but the soonest they could get to us was next morning. Then we called Mr. Rooter. They advised that a service guy could be out in 2 hours! Our guys name was Chad, and he made it seem like we were his only call of the day, even though he showed up at nearly 1030pm! Turned out we needed a new sump pump and our old one was clogged. He was super professional, personable, and really nice. He was also very fair with his pricing; he said he likes to treat others the way he would want to be treated. You dont get that kind of customer service these days. He explained exactly what was wrong with the old sump pump, and what the new one featured. He gave us several suggestions, including calling a company he refers to clean up and fix the wet mess, and he said this company works with our insurance to cover it! We had no idea, so we were forever grateful for his prompt and friendly service, and for putting our minds at ease! If you need an immediate plumbing service, Mr. Rooter is your company!
