Highly recommend Chad with Mr. Rooter! Chad exhibited the best customer service I’ve experienced in any industry. He was truly fantastic. He was timely, friendly, efficient, and skillful. There was a leak at my main water line shut off valve and Chad replaced the ball valve and stopped the leak. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I will request Chad. I am very happy with my experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they were able to address my issue same day.

Ryan French was the plumber who worked on my shower/bath plumbing problem. He explained everything while he worked and cleaned up completely afterwards. He was pleasant and patient. I recommend and would hire Ryan for any plumbing job.

The techs showed up right on time and didn't waste any time getting to work. They were straightforward about what needed to happen, no BS or upselling, which I definitely appreciated. The install was clean, the new unit is solid, and they didn't leave a mess behind.

If you're looking for someone who actually knows what they're doing and gets it done fast, these are the guys to call. 10/10.

Very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my additional questions. Led me to the problem and when I thought there were other issues, told me how to deal with them instead of charging me for fixing things that really didn't need fixed at the time. Seemed very honest and fixed the problem right away.
