Came to repair shower, could not finish the job that day. Left the shower unusable and agreed to return the next morning to finish the repair. Didn't show the next morning and when we called, they said they could not return now until next week. Hired another plumber.

They have been a vendor of ours for a couple of years now. They do amazing work and their communication is great. I would advise this company to anyone, and we look forward to continuing this partnership!

Elliott & Bradley has been amazing and goes above and beyond to help us out when we have an emergency, and get us scheduled quickly. Ray came to our home and was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough!

They installed 3 bathroom faucets. They also installed a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Everything was great! They were very trustworthy, clean, and dependable. I would definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I called several times before I could talk to them.

We scheduled an appointment. Fifteen minutes before the set time, they called to cancel. We re-scheduled.

At the appointed time, I called them. They said that they (I think this was the owner, but it was the dispatcher at the very least) aren't sure if he will be late or not able to make it at all. She said she would call me back. A half-hour later, I had to call her to find out that they were not going to make it.

We re-scheduled again. He showed up a half-hour late. No call. The agreement was an hourly rate. He didn't have the correct drill bits for the tile I had. Without telling me he was going to have to go and buy the drill bits, he left for forty-five minutes.

He charged me two hours, even though he was only here for an hour-andforty-five minutes--of which, forty-five minutes was spent going to "Home Depot" without telling me.

Then he left with the drill bits I paid for. I had a wax seal, but he didn't inform me that one was needed. He charged me $52 for a wax seal, a couple of screws and drill bits he kept.

I complained because of the drill bits AND because the toilet was totally crooked. I called the toilet manufacturer in the morning, only to find out he was supposed to seal or grout it. He came to return the drill bits and I informed him he was supposed to grout or seal the toilet. He did it. Still not sure if it was done correctly.

This is not a small business. This is probably the largest plumbing company in West Chester. Maybe Cincinnati.

I wasted four days and $262 to get one toilet installed.

Totally unprofessional and ridiculous prices.

Do yourself a favor and do not call these people.

Had them come out for a quote. The guys were polite and broke everything down to me, but i never received a quote from them. Even after calling about the quote 4 time over two weeks. In the end, it was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Elliott and Bradley are a terrific company to work with. They were very quick to respond, did excellent work and the work was very affordable. The people who responded were very polite, friendly and professional and resolved the plumbing problem that we were having.

Had no problem first couple times I used them. Unfortunately, once I needed them to do work for a remodel they decided they wanted to tell me what do to. They moved a water line that wasn't supposed to. Also started a job that wasn't approved, which I was charged for and had to pay another company to fix. Use them for small things, nothing else.

I liked the guys who came in to do the work, they were nice and did the job. However, they over-stated the time on the bill, and also charged for the travel time to my home. So although the job took around 1 hour, they charged me for 2 hours of work. The lady at the office was not very courteous about this and kept saying that this is a common practice. I have dealt with two different plumbers in the area, and nobody charged me for the travel time, or overstated their labor time.

Did a great job moving plumbing around on a recent kitchen remodel. The plumbing was a bit complicated and not in an easily assessable location, but they managed to do the job extremely well and quickly. They had me on my way in less than a week from getting the quote, scheduling and finishing the job. They have a lot of experience and made the job look easy. They didn't try to add more work to the job or make it more complicated than it needed to be. Their price was very fair and in line with expectations.

I can’t say enough positive things about my service. Each member of the team was very professional, polite and all around awesome! They had to completely reroute most of our plumbing for both the top floor and main level during a kitchen remodel. I can’t say thank you enough! I would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I was onsite with a client that needed help rerouting some plumbing to get their water turned back on. Kate helped schedule our customer in for just after lunch and they took care of adding some piping the same day. The guys in the field were friendly and prompt with their work. Larry was very appreciative of the help.

Called 8 am. Arrived 9:24. Done by 10:20. Scott and Paul did a fantastic job. We're polite, clean and very efficient. Did 3 different things in about 45 minutes.

Ethan and Scott installed a new hot water heater for me today. They arrived exactly at the time promised and were very professional. They showed much care for my property and left the room cleaner then probably when they got here. They also installed new works in 2 of my toilets. I am very grateful for them and the fact that I now have hot water again.. Great job guys.

Be honest about the Water Heater Maintenance Clean and Check services you offer. When I called to schedule I asked if sediment removal was part of the process and was told it was. Flushing a water heater is not the same as removing sediment. Despite a reschedule credit and a coupon making my bill $0, the issue wasn’t fixed — and now my water bill will show it.

There are tools and chemicals specifically made to properly flush out sediment. If your company doesn’t invest in those, don’t offer the service. It wastes time and money.

I called while the technician was still on-site and was told someone would call me back. That never happened. The technician called his boss, packed up, and left. No follow-up. No advice. Nothing.

Your company says, “If you're not happy, we’ll work with you until you are.” That wasn’t my experience. I lost six hours across two days and still have the same problem. Time is valuable — yours, mine, and your next customer’s.

If you truly want to improve, be transparent, train your techs properly, and invest in the right tools. Until then, stop offering this service.

We took off of work to have them come out for a quote about a leaking tub. They cancelled. We took off again to have them come out for a quote about the leaking tub. They sent someone who called us by the wrong name, referred to a different issue, said someone got their wires crossed, and then said they couldn't do the quote and would have to reschedule. AGAIN. So this is the THIRD time and not even a quote. Incredibly difficult to get an actual human on the phone. This has been a multi-week issue and we never were able to even get a quote from this company. Do not recommend!

Travis was professional, friendly and fixed our electrical issue, explaining the problem and process. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in his profession! I would definitely recommend Travis and ECO.

Eco does quality work and has great customer service from initial contact to day of service updates to completion by the technician. Justin was friendly and patient and thorough. He took time to explain and show me the problems and show me the repairs. It was a job well done by all at Eco.

I used ECO for my plumbing issues, so I called them for my current furnace issues. I am so glad I did, He was very professional, very courteous and respectful of my property. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again for any issues I may have.
