Joe Duncan did a great job addressing my septic issue. He was very persistent when the clog did not clear after the first two attempts and got it on the third try. He was pleasant to deal with and made sure that I was satisfied with the outcome. ECO has a great tech in Joe Duncan.

Wonderful experience with Bobby H. today! I filled request for appointment out in the middle of the night for a leak that I was concerned about. Bobby arrived promptly in the morning and listened to my situation and concerns. He was very polite and made me feel comfortable as a female alone in her home. He offered his educated advice and helped to come up with a plan. I wish every home maintenance experience was like this. Thanks Bobby!

Michael came out promptly and gave a very professional inspection and analysis of our main drain line just past the house. He found roots in the line and partially cleared them the best he could. He worked on the drain 4-5 times and for about an hour and half. The water is flowing a little better. He has scheduled a drain camera inspection. We appreciate his effectient and professional support today. I'd consider using their services again!

Travis came in, realized the problem immediately and had it fixed in a flash. He was very kind and professional. I am very happy with his service. I will call him again if I should ever need an electrician

Excellent service from James today. He provided a thorough and knowledgeable analysis of our dual HVAC systems and took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing and recommend next steps. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions gave us a lot of confidence in the condition and performance of our systems. I truly appreciated his expertise and support throughout the appointment and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

Unfortunately, I was not at home when Faxin came to take care of our annual furnace maintenance, but my daughter was so she handled everything. From everything she has reported he was fantastic. He explained everything to her and then said they could call me once he had everything written up, which they did. I am very very pleased with the services that we have received from Eco so far. We went ahead and got the subscription service for $280 for a year when Eco came out for the first time, as long as you take advantage of what is included it is well worth getting.

Please do not misunderstand. My technician provided exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism, amiability, and courtesy. My sole concern pertains to the pricing, which, at nearly $4,000 for the installation of a quick disconnect for my generator and gas grill, appears somewhat elevated. While I understand the work was performed outdoors and connected to the main feed, a cost of $4,000 seems substantial.
But devin was one of the best of the best.And very professional and very knowledgeable.He explained everything and did not.Hide anything very honest and up front.I will not take that away from the man.It was just I had a problem with four k that was all.I just thought it was a little over inflated.

9am, Smelled a burning smell from the furnace during heating.
Pulled up Eco's web site & got a appointment for the 12pm-4pm window on the Same Day!!! Amazing!
James came out and took time to discuss the situation and then diagnosed the situation. He ordered (locally) & installed an entire new heat kit into our furnace & got us up & running the same day.
Took pictures of everything (before & after) & sent them to me.

Jordan was great. Super friendly and did a great job. I was however told I would receive a rebate for my new water heater purchase that was a huge selling point, which I never received. I would have definitely made a different decision had I know I was spending more money.

We had Travis Wright an electrician from ECO, who inspected our home. He did an excellent and thorough job. Thanks to him. He checked outlets, switches, and electrical sources carefully and clearly ruled out electrical causes for the soot/particulate issue in our home. Most importantly, he guided us in the right direction by referring us to the HVAC & combustion team at ECO for further specialized inspection. We really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and expertise.

Devaunghn was excellent! Our water heater is at its max life span and he went through all of our options for replacement with no pressure. He was very friendly and provided all answers to our questions in real time and got us on the schedule quickly for installation.

Bobby from ECO came quickly to look at our water heater that was leaking in our basement. He was efficient and showed me a couple different options for replacement. He wasn’t pushy about which replacement we went with, which I appreciated. He was kind and friendly and knowledgeable. Overall we had a great experience.

These guys were great! Cory took the time necessary to diagnose my problem and helped walk me through my options. I ended up choosing to do the job myself after understanding what I could do. They cared more about helping me and being honest than they did about making money. I’m very thankful and pleased with this company!

Justin is amazing. His work ethics are totally professional and he is well informed and is diligent in providing the exact processes for the work to be done. He showed me 3 different installs and what each would provide and did not pressure to take the most expensive. Although that is the one I chose only because I wanted the long term benefits provided by that install.
The best compliment Justin gave me was remembering the first time he came over with a big project ECO had provided me . My daughter and I were newly moved in (from San Diego) and I had just come home from hospital. I sincerely appreciated how I was not made to feel as an invalid and was included in all steps throuout the project.

We had the pleasure of Wyatt Partin being our technician that came out to evaluate our issue and then do the overall work for us. He was fantastic. Easy to work with, transparent, helpful, and kind. We really appreciate the work that he and ECO provided and will be sure to return. If we can request Wyatt again, we definitely will!

Even though they were hours late and yes, really messed up my day schedule wise- the tech that came was great ! Kevin W was my technician (which he didn’t exist as one of the options to leave feedback about) but he was very thorough. Listened to all our concerns, and ran 100’ snake from an outdoor Cleanout to the road.
I had preferred the snake to be ran from my inside cleanout due to what was happening in my interior plumbing, but the exterior was easier access and less messy, I guess. And he did get the large blob with some roots in it out of the main.
My understanding was the $93 special included it being cameraed which it wasn’t. I asked if they would clean it out from two locations -which would be pulling the toilet in the furthest bathroom where the original problem was. And it was going to be more than $500 To pull the toilet and run a basic snake/no rotator/cutting.
I think that amount is crazy especially since the hours late arrival cost me a few hundred dollars in other domino effect scheduling problems where I was supposed to meet someone an hour away and I couldn’t make while waiting for this appointment -and that cost me $$$.
Overall Regarding the specific service I received while Kevin was here though, he was kind, professional, and definitely removed a large clog from my main about 25 feet from the Cleanout, toward road.

Wyatt was amazing to deal with. We had no idea what to expect and were silently worried about the cost of our electrical issue. Wyatt put us at ease. He quickly assessed and then explained what was wrong. There was no up selling, just here are your options . He talked each option over with us and was patient and understanding through the entire process. We decided to sign up for the yearly service knowing that we need more work done. Wyatt was friendly and down to earth. Made us feel at ease and like we could trust him. He completed the job on the spot with quickness and efficacy. He was clean around his work space, polite and best yet resolved our issue. Highly recommend (and Im a hard judge of these types of issues). Thank you Wyatt!
