We had Bakyt come over to provide an assessment of repair work on our siding and quote us for these repairs. He was rude during the assessment and asked why we would buy a home with one piece of siding missing. After he left, he did not follow up for over a week and a half, leading us to move forward with another siding contractor for our repair. When we scheduled, we were advised Bakyt was a “top professional” - if this is the best of the best, I’d hate to see what types of interactions the other providers have with prospective clients.

I am so glad that I trusted MaxForce with my roofing needs! It took 9 months for my insurance company to FINALLY approve my whole roof replacement! Although this process was frustrating for all of us, Jennifer and Karina fought tirelessly to prove to them that the whole roof needed to be replaced. Every time the insurance company came back with an answer to justify denial, MaxForce came back with building codes and information to prove their point! Lifetime Quality has been so great to work with. Big shout out to Keith for his patience and guidance. He took a messy situation and truly made it painless. If it weren't for Keith I would have given up on getting a new roof. But because of his service, I will be getting a new roof installed this summer. We are just waiting on the shingles now but I wanted to make sure and leave a positive review. If my new roof is half as good as the service I received, then I am sure I will love it.

I have to commend Keith Oliver. Lifetime has been working through details with my insurance carrier . Insurance carrier seemed to find every reason to decline my claim. Keith has been patient and has explained the process many insurance carriers go through when a customer has an insurance claim. At each step he has informed me of what lifetime has done to respond to these issues quoting Ohio construction roofing codes. He even went through a process
Of comparing the shingles my carrier suggested as a replacement to my current shingles with a clear and detailed explanation as to why their recommendation did not match , ultimately resulting in the carrier approving my full claim. Lifetime Quality Roofing replaced our roof this fall after a rough storm damage our roof in the spring. The process was pretty easy as they handled everything with the insurance portion of it. We were very fortunate to get a sales rep, Jaime, who knew how to communicate and help us. My wife and I are very ecstatic on how our roof turned out. Very fortunate on finding such a gem of a company.

Shout out to Keith @Lifetime Quality Roofing for making several trips to visit our home, getting us qualified for roof damage with our insurance company, and just being an all-round good guy. We appreciate the effort, Keith! Guys like you give your company a great reputation!

They preformed an inspection 7-10-25 and was insurance approved that day. The only thing they did was removed an old shingle from my house to checked for replacement and was told they were not made anymore so the whole roof would be covered in replacement. They were paid in FULL about 15k and as of 10-21-25 I have no roof work completed, no material ordered and have not been placed on the schedule.
So when I called to cancel the job and said I’m not happy with the customer service or lack of any communication they told me they get back to me.
A couple days later I still haven’t heard from them so I had to call again and later that day the account manger called and said they will refund me $9,500 from the 15,000 I paid because they need to be paid for the work they did, and there is a 35% fee to cancel. After I said, that’s crazy to pay that much to cancel we went back and forth and the customer service lady said she would email the agreement. Two days later I got an email with their policy stating a35% charge. I never seen that, nor had a copy or a confirmation email. I was told I electronically signed, even though I never saw that before. Then I was blown off by that manager for days, my calls went directly to voicemail and no matter how many I left no reply. I called the office and a few different numbers I found and was told someone will get back to me, never did.
Finally I had my wife call from a different number and ask for her and lo and behold she was available.

So in short, I paid $5,150.00 for them to remove a shingle from my house.
Completely unacceptable but they had all my money and I still need my roof replaced before the weather gets to bad.
They should be ashamed of taking a “customers” money without ANY satisfaction or reason for that amount to cancel.

Keith Oliver takes care of everything and is super helpful. He makes the process easy and always offers help when needed.

Lifetime Quality has a great crew - call Keith and he’ll take care of getting the crew out to do what you need.

This company is very service oriented and goes above and beyond.
