I was thrilled when I received the call that I could get my new K-Guard guttering installed one week earlier than scheduled.. The installers arrived exactly when promised and immediately proceeded to take down old guttering and put up new product. I didn’t expect the new gutters to make such a visual improvement to my house and property. No muss. No fuss. Done and gone so quickly! These new gutters perform exactly as promised, giving me a renewed sense of home improvement. Best of all never again will my family worry about me being up on a ladder cleaning gutters. There are three giant maple trees that drop tons of leaves on my property. But, I can enjoy their beauty now without fretting about cleaning gutters. K-Guard is the perfect solution for me. Highly recommend this company. The entire experience was excellent. No pressure, solved some problems, they even designed an exit for rain into our barrel from the gutters. Our problems are solved. The pricing was almost half what I expected, for a team that was hardworking, professional and knowledgeable.

Great company and would suggest they install your gutters over any other company. They provided matching 6" wide gutters with leaf guard and provided pictures of inside the gutters while they were installing.

We had wonderful service! It was easy to schedule and we added additional tile cleaning to our carpet cleaning- both turned out great!

Josh does a very good job! Cant beat the prices for the work you get. He cares about the work he puts out. Such a seamless wonderful experience! From booking to finished cleaning, it was a dream. The job was done in a timely fashion with care given to our home/stairs/etc. where the cleaning equipment traversed. The sofa, loveseat, and rocker-recliner look amazing after 20 years of use. Josh was great! I filled out his interest form online on Wednesday and 10 minutes later he called me and was scheduled to come out on Friday! We’ve recently lost our senior dog who was also incontinent and with an infant close to crawling, we desperately needed a deep clean. We’re now a week out from the cleaning, and my house still smells great and you can visibly see a difference! So glad he came up on my google search!!

Josh was right on time, and he got spots out of my carpet that no other cleaners have been able to do! Very personable. My sister-in-law gave me his name after he did such fabulous work on her sofas. Can’t say enough good things. And his charges are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

Josh arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job on 2 big stains. 1 was a full glass of red wine dropped in living room
2 was an old blood stain from a fall. It had been cleaned about 3 weeks ago but it had "come back"! He used several tools and got it all out! AMAZING!
He is proficient and a nice guy. He may just have surpassed who I've used for a dozen years!!

Second year having JS steam works in for our couch and rug cleaning. Josh is a pleasure to work with from scheduling down to the cleaning itself. Reasonable pricing, friendly service. The cleaning system itself is neat and he made sure he left the house and pathway clean even though it was a rainy day. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Josh did an amazing job cleaning our 23 years old carpet. The floors look almost new. Also, he was prompt and friendly. We have used Masterclean for over 20 years but we will call Josh for our cleanings going forward.

Josh does an excellent job. He’s very responsive and thorough. He cleaned the carpets in our rental home last year and did a great job. We liked it so much that he does the carpets in our new home regularly. He just came out and got a stain out that I thought was a lost cause but he did it! I can’t recommend him enough.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Josh at Steam Works. We could not get the stains out of our carpets but Josh was able to remove them effortlessly. It was nice using a local business with a live person to talk to and the rates were very reasonable. A job well done! We will definitely use Steam-Works again. Call them — you won’t regret it!
