Corey and Jackson did a wonderful job. They treated my property like it was their own. I am extremely pleased with the service provided and highly recommend this company.

My house was in desperate need of being power washed so I contacted PPWS to setup an appointment for the following week. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. Everything went well, unfortunately the technician was stung twice by bees while attempting to wash the west side of my house. Apparently there was a bee hive in the ground on the west side of my property and I was not aware of it. For safety sake we agreed to postpone the west side of the house. The technician maintained his professionalism and courteous demeanor despite the bee stings. While the technician finished the other sides of my house I called Orkin to setup an appointment for the next day. The technician finished up and said they would return when the bee hive was treated and that I could hold payment until they finished the job. Next day Orkin showed up to treat the bee hive and said it would be safe for PPWS to come back on Monday after the upcoming weekend. I contacted PPWS and they agreed to come out Monday to finish the job, which they did. The house looks great and I am very pleased with PPWS. They have earned my loyalty and I anticipate being a long time customer.

Preferred power washing power washed 48 buildings for our condo association, Paul and his crew did an excellent job. In a condo association it is very hard to work at the direction of the board and at the same time address the concerns of each individual resident, Paul accomplished this difficult task very professionally. His bid was very competitive, he arrived at the job site as scheduled and completed his work in a timely manner. Preferred will be at the top of our Contractors list the next time we power wash.

Team did a great job on the gutters and house exterior. Thing that stood out the most to me though was Paul's concern about the safety of his crew. Made sure to go over the details of the job to make sure everyone made it home in one piece, and that means a lot on my end.

After finding this company through a Google search, I reached out to schedule gutter cleaning and power washing services for my ranch home. I received a response the same day with a reasonable quote and was able to schedule services very timely. I had a schedule conflict the day before my appointment and reached out to ask some questions about the timing of my services and again received a fast reply. They were able to work with my schedule and on the day of the services, they arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time. They did a thorough job and also power-washed my front entryway for no additional charge. I am satisfied with the condition of my home and gutters and would use this company again in the future.

The service from this company was outstanding! It started with several emails from the owner explaining what the service would involve and with a very fair estimate of costs. Adam came out to do the power washing and again reviewed what he would be doing. After the service was mostly completed, Adam asked us to look everything over and if we saw any area that needed additional washing he would rewash it. We only saw one little spot that he gladly rewashed. The entire service took about 2.5 hours which included power washing all the siding, trim and soffits, a large deck with railing, steps and a pergola with intricate lattice work. He even powerwashed two large white planters that were on the deck. Great service! Highly recommend!!!

Paul himself came out and pressure washed our home. We're first time homeowners so we didn't have the tools yet to tidy up some of the spaces he needed access to but he went over and above by taking care of those things for us. Kind, quick, and a true expert at what he does!

I found out that I would be moving and placing my home up for sell. IT is late in the season and there are only maybe a handful of dates left to get this done, and only a couple of spots available on days that Paul can operate. He got back to me right away and within 48 hours from initial contact my home was cleaned. Paul did a tremendous job and was just a great guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Preferred Pressure Washing Services came out to my house to clean my siding, walk, porch, etc. I could not be happier. My house looks brand new and it's now 26 years old! I recommend Paul and his company with absolutely no reservations whatsoever!! My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner!!

Paul is the best! He just did my house and power washed my patio (516 SF) at no charge because he forgot to include it in my estimate. I offered to pay him more but he would not accept it! I would rate him a solid 10 if I could! Will definitely recommend him and I will use him again.

This is the first time I've ever worked with Preferred Pressure Washing. It was a very good experience . They were a few hundred dollars cheaper than other companies with similar services. They showed up on time and did a great job very efficiently . House looks great!
