I had knights carpet repair come to my home this morning to repair some carpet. They did a phenomenal job. My wife was home and they were super nice and got the job done fast and efficient for a fair price. I would 100% recommend them and they also steam carpets.

I can not express how impressed I am with the carpet repair we desperately needed! Sean was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice. He helped repair two areas of our carpet in a short amount of time. The repairs were done flawlessly. Sean was informative, professional and helpful! Thank you so much for the help! I contacted several carpet repair companies for carpet restretching. I was discouraged ‘til I spoke with Sean at Knights Carpet. He quickly gave me a very reasonable quote by phone, I made the appt, then unfortunately had to cancel.

Since I was so impressed with Seans to the point professionalism & quick response... I kept the number to reschedule.

I had purchased new furniture; it was being delivered in less than 48 hrs. I hesitated but thought I'd check to see if there was any way I could get my carpet restretched within that short time frame of delivery.

I contacted Sean leaving a message receiving an immediate reply back from Seans partner, Matt. Based on the size of the 1 room that needed restretching... my situation was accommodated the following morning. Matt squeezed me in just before his 1st appointment. Within an hour my carpet looked brand new again. I'm happy to leave this review saying that Matt did a great job & am very happy with the results.

I was amazed at such price differences from so many others and bottom line was that quality was not spared. Even helped me vacuum the room cleaning up the remnants. I would call this company again with any future carpet needs... cleaning and repair!

.So I rarely write reviews, However, Sean from Knights Carpet Care, is a miracle worker.
I had a UV/ Water resistant outdoor upholstery spray paint can explode in my living room. All over my greige
colored carpet. I tried everything to lift up the paint stain: hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, dishsoap, baking soda, and the mistake of using concentrated bleach. It wouldn't come up so I resorted to call around and see if I could get help.
I Talked to at least a dozen companies who were saying I would have to get a carpet patch done over the 4.5ft by 3ft stained space, refused to even try to clean it. Quoting me 400-500$. Here comes Sean the miracle worker, I call and explain the situation. He offers to try and clean a test patch to see if it can be cleaned and if it doesn't work he'd chalk the visit up to a free consultation for a survey of a carpet patch. He says it'll be 100$ if it comes up.(SCORE!)
He comes over within 3 days of my call and starts to lean the test patch. IT STARTS TO COME UP. He goes over the area over a dozen times making sure it all comes up as best it possibly can. In the end he got up all of the paint. He even got up some stains that I didn't realize were there. All that is left to remember this disastrous paint dilemma is the bleach stain from my attempts to fix it myself. He did it all in under an hour. Promising to be here by 11, he got here at 10:30, done by 11:20. Below are the before and after photos from sean and his miracle working.

I highly recommend B&G Carpet Cleaning! My carpet looks like brand new! Amanda, the owner, is super nice and she is a perfectionist! If you have stains, her mission is to remove them! She moved all of the furniture out of the room, vacuumed, spot treated the spots that my pets had left, and then with her magic machine (that’s what I named it), she cleaned the carpet. It smelled so good afterwards and was dry within 2 hrs., if not sooner. I feel so grateful to have found her. My carpet looks amazing! Also, she fit me into her schedule on the same day! I am definitely using her services again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with B&G Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. From the start, they were easy to work with, and their prices were extremely reasonable. In fact, I would have gladly paid twice as much for the exceptional service they delivered.

With a teenager and a 7-year-old who love to play with slime and makeup, I was concerned about the condition of my carpets. We had B&G carpet clean a rental house and they were able to remove or at least minimize some stains in the carpet. Great job communicating and being flexible with some date changes we had to coordinate with contractors. Received phone call with arrival and concerns they had about carpet to be cleaned to set expectations on final outcome for carpet. Great job and will use again!

I've used carpet cleaning services in the past, both professionally and personally, and assumed I'd seen the best.

I was wrong; Amanda went above and beyond, in both quality and efficiency!
Price was very reasonable, especially considering the end results.

While I hope it won't be necessary anytime soon we will certainly use B&G anytime we are in need of carpet cleaning, as well as recommend them to anyone else who is in need!

I have had many companies clean my carpet, but no one cleaned it as thoroughly as B & G Carpet. Prompt, friendly follow up at a very reasonable price. Don’t waste your time and money with other companies. If you want your carpet cleaned thoroughly, use B & G.

I highly recommend B & G Carpet Cleaning. The entire process from scheduling to completion of the work went exactly as you hope when you need service of any kind. It had been awhile since we'd had our carpets cleaned and they look great after the cleaning. Our stairs were in especially bad condition and my wife noted that the carpet there now "looks like new."
