Very happy with Paul and Preferred Pressure Washing. I came home from work and it was all done and looks fantastic. Would have taken me several days and do not think I could do as good a job. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend to others.

I emailed last minute to get a quote on pressure washing our house and Paul got right back to me. I desperately wanted it done before my son's graduation party and had waited until the last minute. I read reviews online and decided this is the company I wanted to go with. After a couple emails/conversations with Paul I understood he was trying to fit me in to a busy schedule. He ended up coming out personally to work on my house because he knew how badly I wanted it done before the party. He was extremely nice and professional. I LOVE the way our home looks, I only wish I had a before and after to share!

Paul and his team did an incredible job! Not to mention, they were so sweet and funny. My house looks wonderful and it was done in no time. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I'm in charge of the building maintenance for the company I work for and was recently asked to have our buildings main entrance stone pillars pressure washed. I reached out to multiple pressure washing companies, but the only one to return my call was Preferred Pressure Washing. Paul contacted me the same day I called and said that he would swing over on Saturday to take a look at the areas that I had asked to be cleaned. This was on a Friday that I called. On Monday by 9:00 am Paul had called and emailed me a quote and suggested we have the whole front of the building cleaned due to years of build up and provided a secondary price for that as well. I spoke with Paul on the whole building and he was more than happy to work with me due to me having a budget for this project. They came out and did an amazing job on the building and went above and beyond because they took the time to clean two entrances and the steps that weren't even included in the proposal. Long review short Paul was one of the most helpful, polite, and professional contractors I have ever worked with in my years of handling any issues with my building. I highly highly recommend this company and Paul. They did amazing job and I will highly recommend Paul and Preferred Pressure Washing to anyone looking for this style of service.

Paul sent his team to clean my gutters. My gutters are white and had 6 years of dirt, grime, and tar stains from the roof. After his team was done, my gutters are spotless. He also cleaned the eaves. Paul Reed's business does very professional and detailed work. He is a very nice guy who strives to make you happy. Did an outstanding job on my patio and windows for a very reasonable price. Having a house out in the country requires the pressure washers to bring all the water to the location, and Paul hauled all that water to my house and my house, side walk and patio has never looked better!

Excellent experience. Called Preferred Pressure Washing initally based on the extremely favorable reviews on line. From my initial contact with Paul to the completion of the work on my house has been awesome. Had to reschedule a number of times (due to my schedule) and Paul was very understanding and flexible. Showed up on time with Corey one of his team members. Walked the job down and Paul and Corey pointed out a number of things they could do to better take care of my needs. Did an outstanding job, extremely careful all around the house and rinsed off all of house, walkways, driveways, and all other areas when done (even offered to blow the leaves off of the walkways and drive which had nothing to do with their work scope). House looks great. When done Corey offered to walk me around the house to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Told him there was no need as I watched him while he was working and I was sure he did not miss a thing (which was the case and he even cleaned a couple of chairs and other items). He did say that if there was anything that I was not happy with to give them a call and they would come back out to take care of it. Great company, great people. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing pressure washing services.

I am so pleased with the services that Paul has completed for me. He is personable, professional, responsive, punctual and knowledgeable! His quoted prices for all work is extremely reasonable too. I recently hired this company based on the profile and reviews of the company. Paul was very pleasant with a great smile. He quickly got to work after introduction. I wanted 10 panels of fence, two walkways, front porch and large cement patio cleaned. He was willing to replace a broken slat in fence for me. I was very thankful for his kindness.

Paul knows his job very well and was professional in carrying out the cleaning. He was done in less than 2 hrs. Great to have clean cement and vinyl. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. The cost was reasonable which I knew from estimate. I sent pictures of the areas that needed cleaned and therefore he didn't actually need to see it. I thought that was an efficient way to do estimate. You will be pleased with the job from this business, I was.

Preferred Pressure Washing Services came out today and power washed my house. What a difference in appearance. Paul, the owner, and his crew member were timely, professional, and receptive to my questions. He gave a fair price and the work was high quality. They got the job done in just over an hour.
