Line it up lawn care was amazing. I needed a bunch of things done around the yard from trenching, pavers laid, rock hauled and put down, grading, debris removal, hard scaping, and landscaping. They did a great job and had reasonable prices. I look forward to using them again in the future!

I agree that this company does a good job with landscaping and leaves one with a well-manicured lawn. But at the expense of their neighbors! This company comes out each week to beautify the neighbor's property and every time I watch as the workers use a leaf blower to blow every last leaf, twig and grass clipping into MY YARD! It's very rude and uncalled for. But they continue to do it EVERY TIME! They need to dispose of the excess properly and NOT simply blow their mess into my yard! That is so unprofessional! Someone in charge needs to do something about this. Heck, I ought to get paid for having to be the one who has to dispose of the mess!

Last year, I wrote a very regretful review of this wonderful company and the owner, Chad McRae. He was having health issues last year and I felt slighted...without fully understanding, I moved on to another landscaper who was no where near the quality of work that McRae's provides. Every year we have had McRae's do the job, Chad is always there, working as hard, if not harder than his own group. My landscaping last year was a disaster, I decided to call Chad back to see if he would take on our job again...he graciously accepted and WOW! Not only was he reasonable but I am amazed at the meticulous way they cared for my landscaping! There were 3 of them, including Chad, working all day...not just landscaping but making sure that 'SPRING' cleaning was really done! My yard needed a lot of help and Chad and his group have rescued it...I am indebted to you Chad...thank you for your hard work and obvious love of your work and your customers...I missed you last year, but glad you are back...if anyone cares to see the work this group did for us, please drive by 5791 Dorshire Drive, Galena, OH...it was not a small job...but he brought it back! Thanks Chad and please accept my apology for last year...keep us on for every year! Thanks very much! Great job!

McRae's provided the landscaping for the Buckeye Archery Festival (part of the 2015 Arnold Sports Festival) and they did a fantastic job!! They were very professional and quick with both the setup and clean up. The landscaping couldn't have been better and we received many positive comments on the layout. Highly recommended!

Had services with Chad for over a year. Spoke with him on numerous occasions. At first the service was good, even though our home was said to be considered lower priority due to the expense and size of our yard.

As time went on our bi-weekly mowing schedule was unpredictable. There were texts and calls made to Chad directly asking when they would be showing up, or when a bill would be ready. At one point we canceled back yard services with them due to the inconsistencies and lack of communication and proper scheduling.

Towards the end of our services, we were practically begging Chad to provide a bill so that we didn’t have to worry about it a month later. We would ask his workers, many times, to not miss a specific spot that they always forgot - and then they would forget about it again and again.

We ended up having family come in and assist with the yard when Chads team wouldn’t show as planned and couldn’t be reached via phone.

Overall we enjoyed their services at the start, but eventually ended up feeling less and less of a priority to them as the months went on.

We have used McRae's Lawn service the past several years after a recommendation from our neighbor. They do a phenomenal job with spring landscaping and fall clean up. McRae's does the best job for a reasonable price. The team is kind and courteous, we love their team.

We have used McRae’s for years now as they are our go-to place for our leaf removal. They are thorough and flexible as we always time our once a year service with the city’s final leaf pickup. We have a TON of leaves and they knock it out in quick fashion. I am super thankful for their team and professionalism! I can’t recommend them enough !

I sought out Nate and his crew because I saw the excellent work they were doing in our Neighborhood. We hired them to trim bushes, edge beds, add beds and mulch. They did an exceptional job. Highly recommend.
