I called The Faithful Craftsman with a plumbing emergency and they were able to get to me quickly and resolve the problem very efficiently. They were very professional, honest and, kept a very clean workspace. I appreciate the care and attention they gave my home. I will most definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

On December18th, the Faithful Craftsman recaulked bath, shower, and sink areas in our home, and also replaced a bath lighting fixture. He did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the high quality of his work and plan to contact him again when we need help in our home.

Just used The Faithful Craftsman James for the second time in the last 2 years. Top notch service and skills. Last season 2024 I had deck repairs and interior door adjustments that were not locking/closing properly. This season 2025 it was replacing rotted facia and soffit boards as well as a mailbox post repair. James is a fantastic human on top of his quality skills. Attention to detail. I will be using his services again once needed.

We have used James for many different projects in several of our homes. He is the utmost professional. Always on time and METICULOUS about his work. I know when it’s done; whatever it is, it will be done the right way with no corners cut. James is not only reliable and trustworthy, he is also a gifted problem solver and a hard worker. He arrived on time and worked for over 8 hours to complete a long list of home maintenance and repairs. No job is too big or small and he went over and above to find solutions for electrical and plumbing issues that other handymen said could not be fixed. Very professional and quality work! I would 100% recommend James for your house projects. He remodeled 2 bathrooms for us (flooring, vanities, lighting, toilets, wood trim) and we are very pleased with them. We plan to use him again in the future!

James has done several jobs for us recently and each one was done with meticulous care and attention to detail. He was on time, did exactly what he said he would do, and did quality work. He renovated a bathroom which turned into a bigger job than we expected but still finished on time. He also installed new sliding glass doors and went above and beyond to make sure it looked good. What a wonderful company! They do a bit of everything, and they do it well and at a reasonable cost. They arrived on time and got straight to work.
