I bought a package from Angie's List for Parks Tree, but due to some medical issues, was not able to take advantage for several months. Parks Tree worked with me and we got things going in July. Originally, I thought I needed some branches cut, but came to realize that in order to build my new garage, I would need 2 trees cut down. While this broke my heart, there was no way around it. Parks Trees arranged to do it that day, saving me time and money. I had to pay more money to get what I needed done, but they were fair, accommodating and completely professional. Everything was done in one day, and while I can't say I was happy to lose 2 trees, I am very happy with their service, professionalism, professionalism and now I can move on with other renovations in a timely fashion. I give them an A for every facet: price, service, completion, and attention to my timing needs.

Justin was great to deal with. The trees that were trimmed look so good. This crew knows what they are doing. They were prompt, cleaned up all debris, and a pleasure to work with. We have already passed their contact information to friends and neighbors.

Our sweet kitty was stuck in a very tall tree in the woods for two nights. Justin was VERY responsive, kind and professional in coming to her rescue! He came within just 12 hours of talking with us. After assessing the situation, he put our minds at ease by calmly assuring us that he would be able to save her. He was extremely skilled in climbing the treacherous tree and retrieved our cat quickly and safely. We highly recommend Parks Tree and we would trust them with all our tree service needs!!

I recently made the decision to pull two large trees in varying stages of disease from my front yard. Parks Tree gave me a great quote that included a wintertime discount. I didn't think they'd be able to do it on the scheduled day because there was snow on the ground, but they showed up right on time and, with enormous efficiency, pulled down both of them without a hitch. They cleaned up scrupulously and were extremely polite and professional. I would use them again and recommend them in a New York minute.

I needed a large Walnut tree trimmed to keep all the walnuts from falling on my driveway. I called Park West and they were very responsive and received a very reasonable quote within 2 days. They showed on the date and time scheduled an did an excellent job. If you are looking for tree work give these guys a call, you won't be dissapointed.

I secured the company for trimming and pruning of two trees. The gentlemen that came out and performed the work were professional and put care into their work. They experienced an unexpected setback with one of their pieces of equipment, but they communicated with me and advised me of what needed to be done to keep the job moving along. The clean-up was flawless. I highly recommend Parks Tree West and have already referred them to others.

This was my third visit from Parks and, as usual, I was very pleased with the entire experience. This is a very professional organization. Phone calls and/or emails are always promptly answered. The crew is a friendly group, willing to chat a bit, but always ready to get to work. They work steadily, and safely (at least in my back yard) and leave the work area as clean as possible. PS Watching Betsy climb my big maple tree was worth the charge in entertainment value alone! Will definitely use again.

Parks tree west was prompt, professional, courteous and very clean. They did what I would have thought was a large job in a half day. They took out 8 trees and pruned my huge oak all by lunch. When they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. I absolutely will recommend Parks Tree West to anyone for tree work

I was very pleased with Parks Tree West. They trimmed back one of the branches off my Birch tree. I got several emails leading up to the day as reminders and they arrived promptly at 8am as they said. The two guys who came were courteous and I was able to pay by credit cards online after they were finished. They also cleaned the area well after as well.

Very impressive and professional service. We have a very tall black walnut that was in desperate need of pruning. The price was reasonable and our tree looks great. I was especially impressed by the meticulous clean-up - our yard was a mess after the pruning, and I swear every last stick was picked up before they left. Will most definitely use again!

Parks Tree did an excellent job for us. We had two tall, dying oaks nestled between our landscaping and the power lines on the street. They managed to get in and take them down with no damage to our plants or the power lines. The stumps were ground the next day. Polite, on time and thorough, great work all around. Highly recommend.

Justin and team are fantastic! Their competitive pricing and response time was great. I had several trees and stumps removed and everything was cleaned up and done seamlessly. I also had a very large Maple and Elm trimmed and they did a great job on that as well. Would highly recommend!

My experience with Parks Tree was amazing. Everything was done quick and easy. Andy was amazing to work with! We needed to get this job done quickly because our neighbors were putting a fence up and only gave us about a few weeks notice. Wonderful! Parks Tree West was very communicative and I appreciate the email updates to our appointment. The team arrived promptly and cleaned up everything after removing our maple tree and trimming our oak tree. Our backyard was cleaner after they left than before! I would use them again and recommend to anyone else.

I bought a voucher for Parks Tree on Amazon Local Deals - it was $200 for $400 worth of work. My contact person was Justin and he was great to work with. He came out to the house and gave me an estimate on trimming a large maple tree in my backyard. He gave me his advice, but wasn't pushy and encouraged me to let him know what I wanted done. He emailed me the estimate within a day or so and we scheduled an appointment. On the tree trimming day, Justin and his crew arrived right on time (maybe even a little earlier than scheduled) and got right to work. They did $400+ worth of work, including cutting down a small tree growing in an obscure place next to the maple (Justin asked me for permission first). They took the voucher as total payment, and asked me to check out the work for anything they may have missed before packing up their equipment. They cleaned up all the debris from their work and even put my lawn chairs back in their original spots. I highly recommend Parks Tree and will use them again! They are easy to work with and do great work!

I witnessed an impressive display of professionalism and efficiency when Parks Tree took down my four story tree. They were here for a total of one and a half hours. The tree was gone and my yard was clean. Unbelievable! Three days later the stump was ground. The price was great too. I highly recommend them.
