Canterbury Creek Gardens in Westlake OH is the real deal when it comes to quality products and friendliness. I learned a lot from chatting with Ron and Barb. Their natural fertilizer gave my garden the much needed boost of real nutrients. No more miracle grow for me! Check out this amazing small business!

The owner is very informative. Has a huge tomato tree, black tomato plants, elephant ears and so much more. Support local. Also please try his fertilizer, it’s better than store bought.💕

Cahoon definitely has the best nursery stock on the Westside of Cleveland, I've been dealing with them for 25 years.

I been inside the shop twice. Both occasions I was ignored or not paid any mind. Each time associates were engaged in what sounded were personal conversations. Not greeted or asked for help.

Cahoon's used to have an excellent hosta stock and I've noticed it dwindling over the last few years. I bought 3 plants this spring and tested them for Hosta Virus X. They tested positive in a big way. For those not familiar with the virus, I highly suggest you do some research. It is an increasing problem in the hosta community and it looks like the virus has hit Cahoon's. They accepted the plants for return, but they were not pleasant about it and they implied that they were aware that their plants are infected. I don't mean to be overly dramatic, but bringing an infected plant into your garden could infect all of your other plants if you're not careful. Cahoon's seems not to care much about that and is therefore putting all of our gardens at risk.

The people are so nice there, I was looking for specific plants for my yard, they walked me around and pointed out certain types that would be for my rough terrain, they were full of knowledge and appreciated my business, this is now one of my favorite places to visit. I could spend hours there, Thanks to the staff for being so awesome!

I love this nursery. Its small, but beautiful. Tons of hosta varieties, trees and perennials. When asking a question, the staff will not talk to you as if your an idiot. Like at Petitis. I drive 24 miles to visit this nursery over ones closer.
I highly recommended the plants here as well. Whenever I'd buy plants from Petitis. In the past, they'd always die, but anything I've purchased from Cahoon's Nursery always flourished.
