Wide variety of plants and holiday decor! I never leave empty handed! I love visiting around Christmas! Also, if you get lucky you might see the adorable kitties hanging out there! ❤

I get all my indoor plants here. Gale’s has a wonderful and unique selection of houseplants, most of which are in great shape. I purchased a few plants from here several years ago that are still thriving. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly enough.

I really really enjoy going to Gales nursery, just the selection alone is fantastic. Spring/Summer is awesome all the perennials and annuals are healthy looking. Reasonable pricing for plants and mulch, potting soil etc. The only complaint I have is the patio essentials and gift section are priced kind of high. The employees are very knowledgable and really nice. Just love this place

Has a nice selection of plants and decent prices. However be careful about plants they have discounted. I purchased two large tropical plants on discount from them (part of a larger $250 order) and later found that they were infested with Brown Scales and Mealybugs! Was extra disappointed because the greenhouse worker was pushing hard for me to purchase this plant that was infested. Not a very good business practice and luckily I noticed soon enough (about a week after purchase) and isolated the plants. I will not be going here again.

Nervous to buy more plants after the 4 I bought from here were ALL infested with mealybugs. Such a bummer. This should be taken care of you’d think, I’ve never had this issue on any of my other plants just the ones from gales.

    We love Gale’s!

Incredibly friendly staff who are knowledgeable and will help you get what you need for whatever you’re looking for.

We’ve bought flowers, herbs and grass from Gale’s but their staff is knowledgeable on all of their items.

We bought a grill today and Anthony helped us with it. He was very helpful and informative. He walked us up to the front to ensure we got their special they’re running on Traeger grills.

We can’t say enough about Gale’s and would recommend to anyone!

I visited on Saturday November 18th with my mom and sister. The place is beautiful but the employees did not have smiles on their faces. Very unapproachable. The lady who rang us out was irritated by the amount of items we purchased and that she had to wrap the delicate items. We miss Donzells in Akron and thought we would visit Gales. We drove up from Barberton and don't think we'll be back.

I’ve gone to gales all my life. Anymore, they’re the most overpriced place around and the quality isn’t what it used to be. On top of that, for the third time now I’ve brought a plant home and found it infested with mealy bugs. I have a massive and expensive houseplant collection, and the fact that every time I’m buying from gales I’m being put at risk with a pest that could wipe out my entire collection has made me no longer a customer. You have a responsibility as a plant store to inspect your plants and make sure you aren’t selling infested products. This is the third plant I’ve bought and it’s infested. I’ve even come in and mentioned it to you guys and it’s still an issue. Buying from Gales is a risk to your plants and not one worth taking. Please do your diligence as a nursery and stay on top of these things because it’s honestly wrong.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I bought a big bucket of hanging flowers. They were $50 mind you. And in 1 day they were dead. I went to exchange them and the man told me that it’s from not watering them for days on end. I explained I only had them for 1 day. And he said there was nothing he could do. So obviously they don’t water their plants. Don’t go save your money , or go to Home Depot.

Very nice garden center. They have some truly beautiful pots and plants.

Plants are, for the most part, in very good condition and survive well after repotting. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable. The layout of the store has a very nice "flow" to make sure you don't forget anything.

I love Gales. Beautiful nursery. Big selection of perennials, annuals, and indoor plants. They have garden decor, some patio furniture, and just about everything you need to care for your plants.

This store has an excellent selection of lovely and healthy fall plants as well as house plants. An amazing array of clothing and accessories as well as seasonal decorations. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Always extra beautiful during holidays especially Christmas.

Nice selection of beautiful flowers and everything you need for them. The employees are helpful, Especially the owner, who took his time out of his busy day to help and show my friend, and I around to pick out the flowers that we needed for our garden.

Gorgeous plants, great variety. Not enough help around, and they truly need to pave the walkways. About broke an ankle trying to get around.

Love this place. However, pricing is really hit or miss! I saw plants priced absurdly high (I've seen them much lower elsewhere.) But also, they do have good deals on a lot of plants at the same time. The store is great too. Discovered a new favorite beer there!

I'm here TOO MUCH. Selection is great. There's always something new. The employees are always so kind and knowledgeable.

Very good selection of orchids. Used to have a great seed collection each spring but kinda blah now. Generally just another bougie overpriced garden center, but yesterday one of their managers lost my business forever. Don’t be condescending. You know who you are.

I go to the Christmas Open house every year as a family tradition to get into the holiday spirit. As usual, the decorated trees were very pretty and gave me some ideas, and I purchased some unique ornaments. The selection and amount of themed trees were not like in years passed. I miss the string quartet they usually had on the opening Sunday. I'm hoping this trimmed down version of their lovely event is due to a poor economy and that their Christmas shop will regain it's full glory when times are better.
