I once loved Gale's, but last time I was there I bought a large hoya. I wondered why there plants were so dry and wilting. I watered the plant when I got home. Shortly after, I realized it was infested with mealybugs to the point that I had to discard it. I don't plan on returning to Gale's!!!

The employees are very helpful and were happy to help. I was very pleased by the variety of herbs and vegetable plants to choose from. I purchased 3 different kinds of mint plants. Chocolate mint, spearmint, and lemon mint.

I love gales garden center in Westlake. It's the cleanest, classiest garden center I've ever been too. It's like a magical wonderland. They gave everything from plants and dirt...to candles and clothes. Everything is top shelf. Worth every penny. The one in Maple heights is more basic but they have great customer service. The guys in the indoor plants section were amazing. We laughed and talked like old friends. Then he took me to Ashley the terrarium guru...she's AMAZING. They walked me thru a closed terrerium tutorial. I took classes there after my daughter suicide to ease me thru my grief❤️

Enter through the car parking lot. Then you have to go thru the parking lot to be able to go in the gate and around the building. It’s very cluttered. Very tight. Wish they would clear some stuff out of the way. But anyways… we delivered at 9:00am because that’s when they open. Make sure to call 24 hrs before coming. Tight exit. Not very semi truck friendly I’d say. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Although the store was beautifully decorated, there were major shortcomings. It would be nice if they had items that represented a pluralistic society. One of the three wise men in a ceramic nativity scene was a person of color. That was it. In today's world, it was very disappointing to witness this blatant omission. I have many friends of all hues and I look forward to the day when I will see Santa's that represent all people; Asian, Latino, African American, and yes, Native American, etc. They are available. Did you know that you can purchase The Elf on the Shelf representing many races and cultures. Broadening your merchandise may result in greater net profits. In the future we hope you are more sensitive to the issue of inclusion. We're hoping you get on board.

We have purchased so many things at Gale's Westlake Garden Center. We just enjoy it so much! Great variety of garden, decor, outdoor furniture, on and on. They take wonderful care of their flowers and plants and have so many different items to select from.

This store is my go to for so many things. The staff is always so lovely. I'm so impressed with how they handled so many visitors on Mother's Day. The line was to the back of the store, and yet it took less than 5 minutes to check out. The plants I get here always thrive, and I will keep coming back.

Gale's Garden Center has good amount of indoor plants and they are fair price. Might go back later to check if there's any new plant options there.

It was a really nice shop which also has seasonal decor during the holidays, for Halloween and Christmas. Very nice place.

This was our first visit, wow! They have so much to see, so many varieties of indoor and outdoor plants. They have a wide variety of pots, containers and so much more.

Another great and good sized garden center. Not as big as their cousin store but they aren't lacking anything and the store has a great holiday decoration section that will inspire and entertain the small ones.

I love this place, very unique pieces, decorations. That's the place to shop for Halloween or Christmas decorations. Not a cheap place to shop but if you are looking for something unusual and unique, that's the right store for you!

Pricey, depending on what you're getting. A beautiful decor. The presentation is awesome. Unfortunately, I don't have those photos.

Love Gales! They always have a wide variety of plants and outdoor decor, bird seed, bird houses and best of all...their terracotta pots are soooo inexpensive! Wont buy them anywhere else! Even their decorative pots are great prices! Oh and I LOVE the kitties there!!

We love visiting Gale's Westlake location to dream about plants to add to our yard. You absolutely MUST make sure to check out the clearance section outside for the best deals of the season. We've outfitted nearly all of our landscaping using clearance plants, along with a few full price options. Great deals, and they are dog friendly!

HUGE GARDEN CENTER! it just keeps going and going. I feel like they should sell tickets at the door for botanical garden views. A Lot of different plants, knowledgeable employees makes for a fun trip to Gales.

Derek completely transformed my backyard last year. Midway through the project, he also brought in a great contractor to redo my fence. The work included regrading the yard, installing a drainage system, and laying new sod.

I got eight quotes from local contractors, and Derek’s was by far the most competitive. On top of that, he was easy to work with and highly professional throughout the entire process. I’d strongly recommend reaching out to him and his company for any landscaping needs.
