I’ve had the cleaning ladies for about 9 months now and they never disappoint.
I’ve had some recent surgeries and they were great helping me move things etc. no job is too hard for them. Love that they use their own products- I don’t have to get things out for them. Highly recommend!

I highly suggest you do further research. I chose this company based on the positive reviews left by others(a company that has been in business for 2+ years, I guess should have more than 12 reviews).I wish i would have taken a little more time to do my research.But like many of you, I needed a cleaning company because my time is very limited. To say the least, I was underwhelmed.Recently undergone construction in my home that had be completed for about 5 months. When I got home later that night, I reached out to Laurel and voiced my concern.She stated," after construction, It will take a few times to get the "full scrub down" completed" (that was agreed on during the consultation to be done within the first cleaning). In all fairness, dead bugs left on the windowsill as well as crumbs (I purposely left behind ) on the ground to see the thoroughness of the crew are NOT aftermath of construction. Laurel was not understanding or the least bit sympathetic being that she just got me for $400 . Instead, very defensive, rude and continuously pointing fingers in the wrong direction. This is terribly unfortunate. I feel bad for her how clueless she is as a small business owner. Customer service is #1 in the world of business, especially being a nobody providing a service that is done by many and very competitive. I wouldn't have her and her ladies back if they offered their services for free.

And the icing on the cake: The girls also broke a vase that given to me by my great great grandmother that I just adored and heartbroken by because its not replaceable.
Laurel didn't even offer an apology.

I've had the cleaning ladies for about 3 months now, they are all very friendly & professional. The girls do a good job cleaning my entire home. I look forward to having them come every other week. I would recommend them to friends & family!

I had such a great experience with this company! My first meeting I felt completely comfortable and able to tell Lauel exactly what I wanted and expected. She was professional and accommodating to my requests. I find it very important with a cleaning service to express EXACTLY what you want done and Laurel and her crew absolutely delivered! The price seemed reasonable as I had shopped around many companies and found the cleaning ladies to very fairly priced. As a busy professional I would absolutely recommend this company to take stress of your plate.
And they even did my laundry!!!!!!

This business in Kirtland is awesome! Sharon was great to work with. The home to be cleaned needed a lot of TLC. She accurately estimated the length of time needed to clean it based on my specific expectations. Jamie and Megan did an outstanding job!

Had a scheduled inspection/quote. Day before they call to confirmed via phone call. The next day, I moved meetings to make myself available. No call, no show. I called them and they rescheduled for another day. Wife called day of and they said they didn’t even have us on the schedule. So 0/2 on them showing up. Seems unreliable and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Molly Maids has been cleaning for me for almost a year. The women who come to clean are friendly and efficient. They have been flexible with me changing dates as I have a job that can be unpredictable. Only once did I have a problem and it was resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend them.
