I have used Molly Maid for almost 7 years and am very pleased with this service. The workers are friendly and efficient. Nikki and Tammy gave my home a thorough clean plus always do little extras. I would definitely recommend Molly Maid.

Molly Maid deep cleaned like I’ve never seen before doing such an incredible job. Cleaning was done thoroughly and better than anything I could have done myself - saved me hours of work! Wonderful and prompt customer service all around. Will continue using on a regular basis and worth every penny!!!

Particularly Autumn and Kylee did a fantastic job recently. As of 4/29/21, you can add Stephanie to the team of Autumn and Kylee who do a fantastic job on our cleanings. I have nothing but high praise for these folks and Sharon who does the scheduling.

The maids are friendly and dependable but also professional - which makes me feel comfortable opening up our home to them. They are thorough, paying attention to every detail. They are consistent, I always know what to expect even though I typically have different teams cleaning our home. They do a wonderful job!

Hired to do a thorough cleaning before an event. Both professional cleaners paid attention to details which enabled each room they touched to sparkle and shine! They cleaned areas I usually leave for last and required much effort to make spotless. Arrived on time. Very professional. Listened to the properties I set and the goals for what I wanted cleaned. Was able to get all the top and middle priority items cleaned in the fixed time. Both made good choices for what to leave as lower priority and then reviewed with me what still remained for me to do. Amazing amount cleaned in the time allotted. Team was efficient and effective. Definitely will use Molly Maid again.

Molly Maids have been coming to my apartment to clean for at least six years, and they are efficient, courteous, and thorough. I enjoy talking to their service people, and they make a point of doing some detail every trip. I also have two cats and they are very thoughtful of my cats, making sure not to bother them or let them run out the door. I'm somewhat disabled, and Molly Maids do a great deal of cleaning and dusting that I couldn't manage on my own. I'm always very pleased when they leave and I can look around and see how fresh and tidy my home looks!

They cleaned every detail in the house! Very professional and extremely thorough. I especially liked that they didn’t rearrange my things, but made sure it was all detailed. I’ve had housekeepers before and I’ve had to come home and put everything back the way I liked it. The Molly Maids were very respectful.

Melissa and her crew always do an outstanding job for us. They are professional and customer focused. We started using Molly Maid when I broke my ankle last summer and couldn't do the cleaning myself. We were so happy with the service they provided we continued after I had recovered and could have done the cleaning on my own again. They do a far better job than I could ever do.

My daughter and son-in-law bought me four hours of Molly Maid as a Christmas present. I used it today, and I was very pleased. Angi and Cass arrived a couple minutes early and worked very hard for the entire four hours. My house looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier.

I appreciate the cleaning service that Molly Maid provides. I had my right hip replaced six years ago and vacuuming and mopping floors are difficult for me to do. Yesterday, the team was twins Ashley and Abby, and they were marvelous! Glad to have found Molly Maid! The Molly Maid gals (Summer and Jillian) today (5/28/21) and also did a fine job! Nice to have folks in the house who are pleasant and friendly! Excellent job once again!

We used a different cleaning service before we found Molly Maid, and I really wish I found them sooner! Molly Maid exceeded my expectations from the very first time they cleaned my house. The quality of the cleans was consistently great. The cleaning ladies were always pleasant and professional. Recently we had them do a move-out clean for our house and they did an excellent job as well. I was impressed how fast they deep-cleaned the house. I'm really impressed, I had them "deep clean" the entire house and they did a super thorough job. My house has never been this clean all at the same time. The two young ladies where on time and worked non-stop and took a little break for lunch. They didn't missing a thing. I've had private cleaning crews come in before, but never had my place cleaned as thoroughly as this. I will be having them back on a routine basis, it's just so nice to have my home cleaned so thoroughly before the holidays. I'm done with the private cleaning crews. This was a superior clean.

Molly Maid (Kirtland) said they are flexible with frequency, and as long as I give enough notice I can have the same team back. They are also bonded and insured, and take credit cards.

Kaitlyn and Hailey were very efficient and emphasized very thorough details throughout our house. They did a wonderful job on my floors, wood, pergo, kitchen, bath and carpet too. I am looking forward to my monthly cleaning with Kaitlyn and Hailey!!!!
