Joey came to my home today for what I thought was a problem with my washer. It turns out the issue with something else that is not their scope of practice. However, it was nice to get a diagnosis. Joey was super respectful and took his time explaining to me exactly what was wrong. He also offered to speak to the appropriate tradesman if needed to explain what the issue was. I think that this business is top notch and I will definitely use them again.

Steve and Joey were absolutely fantastic to work with. Communication were very good. They knew exactly what they were doing and had the job done very promptly . And the good news is that my dishwasher runs like new. Have used other appliance repair services in the past But won’t use anyone else in the future, except for My Appliance guys exclamation!

They came reasonably quickly, analyzed the problem with our microwave, ordered the parts, and fixed it when the parts came in.
They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

I will definitely be calling this company again. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Scheduling with them was super easy and the communication was great. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Joey (Joe). He was very quick and efficient, super friendly and VERY patient (long story). He also gave very good advice about our appliances as well that we will absolutely follow. 10/10 definitely recommend and I will have their number on speed dial lol.

We are very happy with the service we received from Steve. He was responsive, efficient, and professional. He came to our house on a Tuesday to inspect our fridge that had stopped dispensing water and ice. He found the issue quickly, ordered a new part and was back on Thursday to complete the repair. Everything is working great now and I would recommend him to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Steve and his team were prompt and through once appointment was made. He even came late to complete the work to help with the scheduling conflicts. I will be calling Steve the next time I need an appliance repaired!

Steve arrived came in turned on the oven & found the problem & got right to work. Had the part that was needed replacd it . Oven started working as it should. Excellent service!! I highly recommend him .

My Appliance Guy provides quick service when you need them. They care that your appliance is not working and they truly want to help get things working again for you within a reasonable time frame. When they say they will call, they call. You can count on the technician to show up in the window he gives you. The technician on my side of town is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his assessment of the problem. There is never any surprises or pressure. It is wonderful to work with an A+ company.
