I will use no one but Alpine. They are thorough, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, friendly, and helpful. When the motor on my furnace made sounds that indicated that it could go out at any time, but I had to wait until the next month to afford the repair, they ordered the part and held it for me just incase the motor went before I had the money, it would be there ready for installation. Thank you, Alpine, for being so thoughtful.

The builder of our new home contracted with Alpine Heating. Our home is cool in the summer and warm in the winter without any problems. When we had a problem with a defective thermostat, they helped to provide what we needed to get a replacement.

We are completely satisfied with alpine heating and cool. Tom First went to my sons house. He had a problem of cold air return. Tom was able to figure out how to do an almost impossible situation using only 1 furnace. Other companies said he would have had to have two furnaces. Due to Tom's Expertise, We decided to go ahead and get a new furnace and air conditioning.Being ours was getting older.
They came and did an excellent job and all was very professional. I would highly recommend alpine heating and cool.

We are building a new home. Alpine heating installers did a great job and were respectful of our property and home. Office personnel were prompt in responding to emails and questions. We haven’t completed our build yet but would use them again.

The plumber arrived at 8AM, did the work, had to leave to buy a drill bit, took 2 hrs. He worked efficiently. I was surprised he used spickets that had plastic components especially for the price they charged for the components.

Alpine Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing did an excellent job replacing a stubborn and stuck shower valve cartridge. Though difficult, the plumber stuck with it and got the job done. He even went to get a special tool to complete the job so we didn't have to resort to more invasive repairs. I am very satisfied with his efforts, skill, and the end result. Thank you Alpine for a job well done!

Our heating and cooling went out and alpine came out for estimate within a few days. The gentleman was personable and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The installers were excellent as well, getting the job done while respecting our home. Would highly recommend them!!!

I called in for a service call I suspected the issue to be thermostat related. Promptly sent a tech and reprogrammed the thermostat. Tech discovered our new furnace (we bought a yr ago from Alpine) had a set up flaw. They came out a few days later and corrected the set up!!! All at NO charge!!! Very friendly prompt and easy to communicate with!! I’d recommend them to anybody!! Well done! Thanks Alpine, much appreciated!!

Time to schedule appointment was within 2 days...Wow! Service representative was very cordial and worked on both a/c and furnace in record time. I would give them 10 stars for the company's all around perfect service. Kudos's to the Alpine Heating and Cooling family owned company.

Good warranty on parts, but does not cover labor. Was surprised by a visit charge also. Have been happy with the system installed otherwise.

These guys were great to work with , messaged Jeremy in the morning about a water pump not working properly and they were here a couple hrs later and had everything taken care of , very professional

Jeremy came out at the end of his shift to help us get the heat back on. He was able to fix our problem in only 15 to 20 minutes. You guys are the best!!
