Constraction reviews in Worthington, Ohio

We moved into our house a couple of years ago, and upon inspection, we were told that we would probably need a new roof within a few years. We had replaced the roof on a previous house in another town, and it was not a task we were looking forward to. Lucky for us, our neighbors put a new roof on their house so we got to see the crew and the work. We reached out to our neighbor to ask who did the work, and they said Drew with Best Exteriors. They said Drew lives in our neighborhood and that he and his crew were great to work with. Well, we could not agree more! We reached out to Drew to get an estimate. He responded quickly with all the details about the workmanship, our options in different price points and materials, and what to expect on the installation day. Drew is extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly, asked great questions, answered all our questions, and was flexible and accommodating with scheduling. On the day of our installation, the crew arrived early to set up, move or protect all of our things outside like plants or furniture, and then they got right to work. I was very impressed with how quickly all the work was completed - about 8 hours from start to finish - and when the crew left, there was no trace left behind. They picked up every stray nail, shingle, any little bit of debris, and hauled it all away. We are so happy with how the new roof looks, and are so glad we got it replaced before winter. We would recommend Drew and Best Exteriors to anyone looking to replace their roof.

Drew was very reasonable to work with throughout the entire roofing replacement process. He was always quick to respond to questions about our roof replacement. We wanted a custom drip edge color to match our house trim. Drew found a supplier with many options and made another trip to our home so we could match the color. When the roof materials arrived the day before installation, we noticed the metal valley color was closer to a charcoal color rather than black. Also the roof hat vents we selected had thin flimsy metal. We contacted Drew and he sent a job supervisor to confirm the materials. We decided to change the hat vents to another style that Drew recommended. The foreman swapped out the materials the same day so everything was correct for the install. The work crew was very quick and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris from the old roofing tear off. There were a lot of old shingles since most of the old roof had two layers. I expected to find a few stray nails or shingle pieces in the gutters afterwards but, the gutters were completely clean.

Our entire experience with Best Exteriors was excellent. They provided the results of a comprehensive evaluation of our old shingles, and we agreed on complete replacement which they were able to do in a very timely manner. The workers were friendly, efficient, and tidy, and they completed the job by mid-afternoon. Drew provided us with actual samples of the shingles which helped our decision-making and he was a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. We are very pleased with the final results and definitely recommend Best Exteriors.

Had multiple exterior services completed by Best and everything came out looking great. Quote was comparable to other companies I reached out to but I appreciated how it was the owner, Drew, who met with me rather than a salesperson. I also greatly appreciated how Drew stopped by multiple times during the course of work to check on everything.

Best Exteriors did an excellent job taking care of a few issues on the roof of our new to us home. The work they did was top notch and I was surprised at how fair the price was. Further, Drew pointed out a few things to watch for over the next few years as our roof is nearing the end of its life that I confirmed this month when I was up there hanging Christmas lights.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work Drew and his team did, the speed at which they did it and all for a fair price. I plan on using his team again when I need my roof fixed/replaced.

After hail storm that went through UA, I was looking for good reliable company to work and guide me through claim process. I found the Best exteriors online since they had great reviews. Right after I talked to Drew I knew that this would be the company I would go with. Bobby and Skip did fantastic job working with insurance company to approve claim even if Allstate is known as insurance that is difficult to deal with. Roofing crew did great job also. In overall great experience.

Working with Best Exteriors was a great experience. The work they did is exemplary. They were communicative, efficient, and with a large crew, they were able to get my roof on in one day. They worked with my insurance to help communicate work needed and completed work. They went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. I would recommend Best Exteriors to any of my friends and family.

Best Exteriors was the best experience! Drew was so patient as I tried to narrow down all of the siding options. The 3D software to see the finished product was so helpful to see how my different ideas would.look. His crew was amazing! They were so nice and cleaned up each night. Total removal and replacement only took 2 days. You could tell the guys all took pride in their work! The materials are fantastic, the color matched up to the samples, and I couldn't be happier! From his initial contact to the final walk-through, Drew was great with communication and advice.

They do a great job and are fast! I've been wanting to get my siding done since we bought this house. I got 3 quotes and they had the best price, the best time line and the best service. No wonder why they are called the BEST! Do yourself a favor and give drew a call

From start to finish, our experience with BEST exteriors was top-notch. Alvaro was wonderful, did an inspection that was thorough and explained why we were having signs of water inside. Drew coordinated our full roof replacement very quickly and easily. Paperwork was electronically transmitted quickly. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and got it all done in less than a full day. They did an amazing job prepping and cleaning up outside. Follow up was consistently good from Drew.
We have had the roof for over a month now in rain and snow and all the interior moisture has stopped and dried up. We are so glad we did this before winter and they were so easy to work with!

Drew was an amazing communicator throughout our siding process. The virtual tool was really helpful in selecting siding color & products.
The team worked unbelievably hard throughout the project in some stifling heat. Their attention to detail & pride in their work was very apparent

Top Notch! From beginning to end of the process, the TEAM was spot on! The communication and service was most professional and the installation outcome was exactly what we expected! The team worked a very long day and much attention to detail was given during the process AND with the clean up after it was all said and done! We would HIGHLY recommend Best Exteriors Inc. for roofing and gutter services! Grateful there is a company such as this that not only talks the talk but also walks the walk!! GREAT JOB BEST EXTERIORS!!! AND THANK YOU!!!

Best Exteriors is truly the VERY BEST! Drew and his team are top notch. We had a new roof installed by another company three years ago and due to shoddy work, cutting corners, and cheap materials, it resulted in leaks, a collapsed bathroom ceiling, and buckets of water. Drew and his team came to the rescue and repaired everything promptly, professionally, and with quality materials. Drew kept us informed of every step along the way. He provided detailed descriptions of the problem and how it needed to be repaired. The entire experience with Best Exteriors was honest, professional, and turned a very stressful situation around to where we now have a roofing company we are confident in hiring and recommending to others. We are so very grateful! Look no further!

Absolutely fantastic to work with. Drew and his team knocked this out of the park. We were in a time crunch to get our roof replaced and they delivered big time. Super helpful throughout the whole process and no doubt my go to on any future work we need done.

Best Exteriors just installed a new roof and gutter system on my house and I would highly recommend! Every aspect of the process from getting a quote, picking out product, financing, scheduling and actual install was seamless. The job was scheduled and completed very quickly, and the crew was respectful of my home and left everything spotless when they were done! Drew was awesome to work with, and it would be hard for me to imagine a better deal from a more professional company!
