Constraction reviews in Worthington, Ohio

Drew was down to earth honest and prompt with his quotes and getting his crew here to do a wonderful job. My roof looks fantastic nd the crew were amazing. They took the time to take all of my flowers and decor off the patio to make sure nothing was hurt while they worked. When they were done they put everything right back where it was. Highly recommend and will be using them for our siding soon.

We had a great experience working with Drew at Best Exteriors. From the beginning all the way through the process was easy and seamless. Everyone was professional and helpful. Pricing was competitive. In the middle of the job a bit more damage was discovered and Drew was even able to get it handled without delaying our job. Altogether an awesome experience and I highly recommend Best Exteriors. Love our new roof.

I chose best exteriors after speaking with some people (not best exteriors) who were doing things in a way that made me very uncomfortable...

So I asked my many neighbors who've had this particular company work on their house. Some of my neighbors said they showed up, looked at their roof and said no. You're fine. Call us back in a few years.

Many of my neighbors had used them.

They had a very nice selection of products with various price points. I had things on the house that I knew were wrong. And they immediately recognized those particular things. So on the surface the price looks high, but, The scope of what they did was very large. They fixed multiple things including installing vents that should have been there 20 years ago but the previous people straight up didn't install them. My roof is finally properly vented. I have shingles that are rated for a lot of wind and very large hail, and, my insurance company is significantly dropping the cost of my house insurance.

I use this company because I was left with peace of mind. The workers that came out did a very good job. They worked very fast and worked really hard for good cleanup. In other words, they did not leave a mess.

I would recommend them to work on anyone's house without reservation. I was so happy with them that my neighbor is going to have them do her roof too. Another one of my neighbors had them do the roof and the siding in their house is phenomenal.

The new roof looks amazing!! We went with the Moire Black and it looks so sharp! Drew was very helpful with all our questions and was a pleasure to work with! The roof crew was very professional and did an excellent job protecting our plants and cleaning up afterwards!

Drew and the team from Best Exteriors were SO great to work with! Good price and flexible on the timing with me, and perfect quality. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Drew was immediately responsive, professional, & did everything he said Best would do, when he said it would be done. Had an aging, weathered roof that had not failed yet, but at the end of usefulness. Insurance adjuster came, confirmed, pro rated, & recommended I get 3 estimates. 1 roofer in UA didn’t respond, Himark Roofing came out, walked & measured & totally forgot to provide my estimate, never heard back. Called Best, Drew was on a site, was able to provide a free estimate the same week. Provided good/better/best options, listened to my situation, & provided a solution, signed with them on the spot. Drew’s crew was scheduled to arrive @ 7:15, all were here by 6:50, tear down before 9AM, completed job by 1PM, entire roof/vents/flashing/wood replacement. Also showed a before & after on chimney flashing, others would have cut corners & done the minimum, Best takes the time to do it right. Attention to detail in clean up was exceptional. I have more debris from a gutter job last year than the entire roofing crew left yesterday. Could not recommend more, know Drew is reputable & will be right back if I have any issues.

Amazing craftsmanship, amazing product, amazing service! Drew and his team were top notch from the consultation until the clean up. The attention to detail is literally flawless. And at a great price. My house is the talk of the block. Recommend to all!!

Drew and the Best Exteriors Team were a delight to work with. I could tell that Drew is very experienced and be takes his business personally. He cared as much (or more) about doing a good job for us than I did. Very refreshing experience. I was concerned going into the process of replacing our roof about the cost. Best Exteriors pricing was the best value I found after receiving multiple quotes. We are thrilled with the quality of the roof. The installation process was painless. they protected the outside of the house and cleaned up very thoroughly before they left. They started first thing in the morning and were done by middle of the day. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

Very easy to work with. Drew and co did an amazing job repairing an area under my roof where birds had gotten in. See pictures for before and after photos

I have used Drew with Best Exteriors for work on my personal home and he has been extremely helpful with consulting some of my real estate clients. In an industry where companies don’t always do what they say they will do or have aggressive sales tactics, I have found Drew to be extremely reliable, makes honest recommendations in the customers best interest, and an expert in his field. I would recommend Drew to anyone looking for an honest consultation for any roof/gutter/exterior replacement/repair work. The capabilities of any larger company in terms of craftsmanship/experience with a friendly, service minded approach.

From start to finish Best Exteriors exceeded our expectations. Drew was always quick to respond to our questions/concerns. He was willing to work around our schedule for siding install. Manuel and his team did a fantastic job of putting up the siding. He always came up with great ideas for any "tricky" areas, which we had a lot of! We LOVE how it all turned out. I highly recommend Best Exterior.

This was a great experience. From the very first phone call until the job was finished, communication was fantastic. Their work speak for itself, and their customer service is outstanding. Thanks everyone!

Right from the start, my experience with Drew Paetow and his team with Best Exteriors was fantastic. From the product offerings, the scheduling, the work and clean up and the pricing, I was delighted overall! I appreciated the way Drew and his team worked with the other contractors for windows, door and garage door to coordinate and schedule work to be efficient with time and get everything done as quickly as possible. Questions were answered and concerns addressed quickly. I’m an avid gardener and they were careful in my flower beds. I’m still smiling when I pull in the driveway! Very pleased! Best Exteriors did my garage roof ( full tear off), siding, gutters and downspouts. Thanks to all who were involved to make a big job like this almost effortless on my part!

Drew and his team were fantastic! We had a tree fall on our creating substantial damage. The work was done quickly, efficiently and Drew kept in constant communication throughout the complex situation. He even helped work through the insurance piece which was super helpful! The new roof, gutters, soffits and fascia look amazing! Would highly recommend this company!

Best Exteriors just completed our JamesHardie siding project on our home. The owner, Drew, was fantastic to work with! He is very prompt with his communication and provided valuable insights and support along the way. We were very impressed with the installation team’s organization, efficiency, professionalism and cleanliness.

We used to have all cedar siding that was falling apart due to age and had been beaten up by woodpeckers. We sought out multiple companies for the project and received many quotes. Best Exteriors provided the lowest price, great quality product/service offering and coupled with Drew’s professionalism, it was an easy decision to choose them! Drew seamlessly helped us through the process of our much needed upgrade to JamesHardie siding. We landed on Cobblestone trim and Monterey Taupe siding colors and they coordinate together beautifully. Drew and his team completed the project in two full days and installed the gutters on a third day. We highly recommend Best Exteriors!

Drew and Best Exteriors did an amazing job. We chose them at the recommendation of our neighbors who had them do their roof and siding. Best Exteriors replaced our roof, gutter guards and several areas of siding that were worn. Communications were always prompt and professional. The crew worked long and hard hours, but were incredibly conscientious and took great care to avoid any damage to our plantings and walkways. Clean up afterwards was excellent. The work looks great and meets or exceeds expectations. Highly recommend Drew and Best Exteriors.

Called Best Exteriors for a quote for ice dam issues on our roof. Drew came the same day to assess the property and got me a quote which was considerably lower than several other roofing companies I had talked to. It was easy to accept the quote and make a plan via text and the work was done the next day. Crew was professional and respectful of our property, and did a great job clearing the snow from the roof and chipping away the ice dams. I had seen positive reviews of Best Exteriors in several groups and can now confidently add my own to the mix. Would be happy to work with this company again.

We spent nearly a year researching and meeting with every siding company in the area that installs James Hardie siding. This was a major investment for our family, and since we plan to stay in our home long-term, we wanted the right balance of a fair price and top-quality installation.

We’re extremely happy that we chose Best Exteriors.

From the initial conversations all the way through to completion, the experience was excellent. Drew was personable, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. It was clear that both he and the crew genuinely care about their craft and stand behind their work.

Within the first week of completion, at least four people asked us who did our siding—which speaks volumes.

As a bonus, during a separate project, a window and door company rep commented on how impressed he was with the flashing Best Exteriors installed over our windows and doors. He even took photos to show his team as an example of quality work.

We highly recommend Best Exteriors to anyone considering James Hardie siding. They delivered exactly what we hoped for—and more.

Best Exteriors did an AMAZING job replacing our siding after another company did a poor job installing. Drew came to our home on a Thursday and had an estimate to us by Sunday. The estimate was very detailed and wasn’t vague like other companies had provided. He was very responsive with the few questions we did have. We signed by Monday and his crew was able to begin the install that Tuesday! The crew he had payed attention to ALL the details which was very important to me. They were very polite and respectful to our property. They cleaned up every night and we found very little that needed picked up after they were done.
Drew and the crew worked with us on some tricky trim pieces that had bothered me from the previous install and helped come up with a solution that I’m so happy with!
We are so pleased that we found Drew and his crew! They were so professional, listened to what we wanted, had great knowledge of proper installation of the products, came up with solutions to our problems, were very reasonably priced, and completed our job within a week! I highly recommend Best Exteriors!

Cabo21 is great. They do great work and very kind and helpful!!

These people are clowns. I made an appointment with them last year and they did not bother to show up or let me know. I still need the work down so I tried again, I reached out via email...nothing. Called them a week after the email to follow up and their voicemail is full.
