Shawn and Andy were out to assist with the electrical side of a plumbing repair. They arrived promptly and were quick to get to work. They were both very professional and polite. When I informed them that the issue was in my crawl space under my house they did not hesitate to get under the house and get it resolved! Ive spent time fixing up our crawl space and its not a comfortable work environment. They ended up getting really muddy and I felt bad but they got the job done and were very professional. I would recommend both Shawn and Andy to friends and family.

They were professional, knowledgeable and showed up on time. The installation was completed in just one day, they took care of everything, all the installation of the solar panels, all the electrical hook up, all the paperwork, the permits and the interconnection with my utility company.

This company’s van was tailgating and about caused an accident on 665 this morning buy swaco so I pulled up to it and took a pic to call the company and file a complaint I received a vm that said send a text so I sent a text with my complaint and response I got was .:…” What is the speed limit on that road?
Rumor has it you were texting, sleeping, eating, doing 15 mph under the speed limit?
Driver simply went around you.
If you would like to call and explain differently, I’ll Take that call sir.” So I reported this incident and am posting here because apparently the owner of this company condones this type of behavior and in my opinion bad behavior equals poor work quality.. And again, business owner it’s all fun and games until one of your drivers hurts or kills somebody with their reckless behaviors and u have no company.. per my reasoning in doing google review bad behaviors like this need to be held accountable

We were referred to Power Up after attending a class about rooftop solar through the Columbus Garden School. It was important to us to find a well-established local company to install rooftop solar and battery storage. Tim came out quickly after the referral and helped us find a system that works best for our home. We were also pleased that Power Up carries the exact brand of battery that our research pointed us toward. Tim and his crew handled all of the behind the scenes work. While we had to be more proactive about communication than we would have liked, we are pleased with the end result. His crew took care of our install in very inhospitable winter conditions and in the two months the system has been operational everything is working exactly as we hoped. So far we are pleased with our decision to purchase a rooftop solar array and battery storage system from Power Up and we would recommend them to friends and family.

$30 + labor LOST! Eaton / Cooper GFCI receptacles fail within 5 years of install. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Expensive mistake. I will try HOME DEPOT Leviton instead of LOWES Eaton/Cooper next time. Made in CHINA!

Jarod and Nick you guys are awesome. I had a standard electrical outlet install in my home. The install was quick, clean, and professional. Mister Sparky is an excellent electrical company to complete all of your electrical needs. The staff is friendly, professional and compassionate with your project concerns. My bathroom vanity light went off and so did my GFC outlet. I called Mister Sparky and Spoke to Christian first then Caleb. They both did an awesome job in getting me scheduled. The electrician Jason R came out to fix my issue. I am happy with all of them. I was at ease, great attention to detail, affordable, and awesome job guys. I highly recommend.

Jason did a fantastic job! I had several things I needed done around the house and he was very quick, efficient and professional. They were very reasonably priced as well, much better rates than I received from a couple of other local companies. I highly recommend Mr Sparky, and request Jason if he’s available!

I previously hired two electricians to find the cause of an electrical issue with my stove, it wasn’t igniting the gas. They couldn’t find the problem and seemed uninterested in digging deeper.

Then Jason came. In just 20 minutes, he identified the issue, and told me, “We won’t charge you for this.” His company didn’t even bill me for the visit.

Jason is a great electrician. Because of him, I’ve decided to sign up for a dedicated service account to use their services consistently. Jason genuinely wants to help customers, and that kind of quality is very hard to find.

We had an excellent experience with Jayson from Mr. Sparkey. They came out to install a whole house surge protector and convert some outdated two-prong outlets to modern three-prong ones — and the work was absolutely top-notch.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was done safely, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was up to code.

It’s such a relief to have peace of mind knowing our home is better protected from power surges, and the updated outlets make a world of difference. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Highly recommend!
