Mom managed to blow the fuses to half her house. Christian called me to get more details and sent Nicholas to scan and check her house to make sure she was safe till they could repair the next day.

We had a great experience with Matt & Mister Sparky! They were able to get out for an estimate quickly and get us on the schedule to have the work done in less than a week. When Matt came for the estimate he took the time to fully explain what needed to be done with our meter box and he was very honest and up front about everything which we appreciated. The estimate/quote was very reasonable, especially after getting quotes from other companies in the area. Nick was with Matt on the day of the job and he was equally amazing! Our power needed to be shut off for the job to be completed so they had proactively coordinated with AEP to come out and shut it off, they finished the job quickly and efficiently so that we didn’t have to be without power for long at all. On top of that, communication was top notch! We will definitely be calling Mister Sparky for future electrical needs and recommending them to our family and friends! Thanks Matt & Nick!

Great experience overall! We had a couple of small bumps, but Christian (one of the owners) was always polite, helpful, and clearly focused on customer service. From our first call, he quickly provided a quote, explained the 2-year workmanship warranty, and scheduled the job the very next day with the inspection right after.

Nick, the electrician, was very patient, easy to talk to, and professional. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the EV charger was installed exactly per the manufacturer’s instructions, and he never made me feel like a bother. From the initial inspection to finishing the job, and even coming back the next morning to ensure the inspection went smoothly, he was thorough and reliable.

The tether/anchor that secures my service drop to my house had pulled out. Mr Sparky was able to fit me in and get the issue taken care of the same day they came out. Cost was reasonable and work was done extremely quickly. They went above and beyond by connecting the service drop despite not thinking they could. 10/10. Thanks guys! I appreciate it. They also gave me pointers on some tree maintenance that would make the area safer for the future. Appreciated.

I called Mr. Sparky of Greater Columbus to inquire about wiring my kiln. The person I spoke with was kind and they sent Jason to give me a free quote a day or two later. Jason was professional, explained the process clearly, and gave me the quote before he even left.
When I decided to book the service, they were able to come the next day. Jason and the young man who came with him worked efficiently. They even checked on another outlet while they were here and saw that it was just a matter of twisting some wires together so they fixed it on the spot. Excellent service and good pricing. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sparky!

Nick has great ideas about lighting! Jason and Nick did an awesome job with my little pantry that had little to no light to see my kitchen stock. And I love the new lights in my basement storage! It feels like a whole new space!

I am beyond pleased with the work just completed. Jason was quick, pleasant, and very professional about replacing 2 defective protruding exterior GFCI outlets at my house. He pointed out that the outlet on the front porch was a fire hazard due to nicked wire insulation. Excess moisture was probably causing the circuit to trip repeatedly. These outlets were 24 years old and needed replaced. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of Christian at the main office and the timeliness of Jason's arrival to complete the work. I will certainly hire Mister Sparky of Greater Columbus the next time I need electrical work completed. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work outstanding. I now have safe, working GFCI outlets with appropriate weatherproof covers to use for my holiday lights. Thank you very much.

Nick from Mister Sparky helped diagnose and fix several electrical issues I’d been dealing with for years, including outlets and a switch that weren’t working. We’d had other companies come out before, but none were able to figure it out. Nick took the time to thoroughly investigate, test different solutions, and ultimately resolve the problems. We needed a new circuit breaker box for a recently purchased condo, in addition to upgrading the 240V dryer outlet to a 4-prong version, as well as adding a new outlet for the washing machine that was GCFI and ARC protected. Christian at the office was great to work with as far as scheduling and following up with any issues. The two technicians, Brian and Jason (who did most of the actual installation), were very polite and professional. They explained the current electrical standards, as well as what they were doing and why. The quality of their work was top notch. I would have no reservations about working with this company again in the future.
