First cleaning was fine, the second cleaning was disappointing! The areas that were not cleaned were addressed with the owners. I appreciated their quick response, however decided not to continue their services.

Below average quality and terrible customer service . if your house is really dirty and you want it dusted , get them . I used their service and was very disappointed, they merely dusted the house and even left a mark on my white bathroom vanity sink, which is not coming off . When i raised the concern, the owner called me and started arguing with me ,instead of offering a solution .

I paid for a cleaning service for my home and all i can say was the service was horrendous. They left dirt everywhere, didn't clean anything I asked them too, and charged me double for their drive!!! I will NEVER work with this company again and i suggest you do the same!!!

I cannot put into words how great YOU'VE GOT MAIDS is!!!!!! I have never used any kind of cleaners. I actually have strong O.C.D. and am very particular about how clean my house is. I started babysitting my grandson and wanted to free up some time to just enjoy him. The service, the administrators, the cleaners.... all have been amazing! Anyone that has any reservations about having a cleaner, THIS is your service. They are respectful, hard working, and I totally would trust them to do the cleaning even when I'm not at home. I have to say that when we first started talking to You've Got Maids, my wife and I were a bit hesitant to utilize a cleaning service. But with my wife's new job and less time to scrub the toilets, wipe down trim and light switches, polish the floor, etc. something had to be done. My wife is very particular about anyone else cleaning her house. Perhaps because she takes such pride in our home's appearance (she is an Interior Decorator), she was feeling a bit guilty and unsure if the cleaning crew would live up to her standards.
We have been using this service for about 2 months now and we couldn't be happier. It is such a nice feeling to come home and realize that the floors are swept and steam cleaned, the beds are made, the mirrors and glass doors are clean and all the "nick-nacks" have been lifted and dusted! Such a luxury to have this done for us and the guilt goes away after a short period (trust me).
The crew (Kaylin, Brandy and Katelin) are full of energy and very professional and polite and do a very thorough job. The owner Brian, is somewhat obsessed with "customer service". I wish more companies that want my business, were this obsessed. He called after both of our initial appointments (the deep clean and then the first scheduled clean) and will also walk the house with you (assuming you are home) to guarantee that the job is done to your satisfaction.
I can recommend You've Got Maids without reservation. Try it because I think you will like it.

ive had a few deep cleans done by youve got maids in the past year. they went above and beyond on the details i asked them to focus on. it made me feel like i was walking into a brand new house everytime. ill be using them again and again for those deep cleans i just cant get to. 100% well worth the money.
