We had family coming to visit for the weekend and we hired "You've Got Maids" to do a deep clean of our home. We left, did some errands, and came home a few hours later. Our house was IMMACULATE! The tubs and toilets, window blinds and sills, kitchen floor...everything! Even the stainless steel appliances were fingerprint FREE! I kept wandering around my house just looking at how perfect everything was. I would not hesitate to hire "You've Got Maids" again and would love to sign up for recurring service. So HAPPY!!

We have used them for the past six years and they Always do a good job every time they come. A few times I have asked them to work around our set cleaning schedule, and they had no problem doing that.They’re fast, efficient and go beyond the general cleaning. I had been using another national cleaning service for almost 20 years, and in the last year or so, I noticed the quality of the work was declining a bit. I just didn't feel that my home was thoroughly clean afterwards, and since I'm the type of person who doesn't complain unless there is a major problem, I thought I'd look elsewhere instead.. After reading the reviews for "You've Got Maids" (and seeing one of their cars parked down the street servicing another house in my neighborhood), I gave them call and was impressed immediately with the prompt, professional nature of their response and their scheduling system. My first cleaning was pre-pandemic, and I admire how they kept in contact with customers during the pandemic; once the restrictions were lifted, their crew came out once again, fully prepped about hygienic requirements and protocols.

I've had over five cleanings now, and continue to be impressed. Usually, two or three cleaners arrive, get to work right away, and always check with me before leaving to see if everything is OK. They work diligently, efficiently. And yes, they do the "little things" that make a cleaning high quality instead of just satisfactory.

I hope to use "You've Got Maids" for a long time. Their local managers are competent and attentive. Their cleaners are motivated.

Today was the day and my 3-person crew showed up on time, as always, and immediately went to work tackling each job on the checklist, leaving everything clean and refreshed as they moved from room to room. They were respectful of my property and took extra care with decorative items and family photos while giving special attention to the areas I was most concerned about. I am 100% pleased with the results. We had You've Got Maids come out and do a deep clean for us. We were on a tight schedule because we are putting our house on the market next week. The owner (Brian Murphy) made sure that he sent us a great team in plenty of time for us to get our house cleaned thoroughly so we could stage this week. Brian was extremely professional and contacted us personally to make sure that we were satisfied with the job that the team completed. We can't say enough great things about this company. The team was personable, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They walked through everything afterward and showed us everything they had cleaned in detail. We will definitely have them out again!!

Had an excellent experience with North Columbus You've Got Maids. They did a thorough and professional cleaning of my home. They scrubbed everything from my Toaster Oven to my ceiling fans. Not sure how they did it but my shower doors look brand new - no more soap scum! A walk through was performed before and after to make sure I was fully satisfied. Two thumbs up! I would recommend You've Got Maids to everyone. Let them give you some of your time back.

They did an amazing job with our home move out deep clean. The cleaning crew were professional and courteous as well as efficient. I have used many cleaning services in the past but You've Got Maids is by far the best. I have used them numerous times. The incentive for writing a review NOW is because they came to my rescue with an unusual issue that cropped up. Let me just say that they dealt with the challenge professionally, & efficiently (and they had to spend twice the time scheduled). We hired YGM for a move-in clean at our new house. They were able to schedule us quickly, and the team was courteous and professional.

We mentioned at the time of booking that the bathrooms were problem areas and the team made sure to thoroughly clean the toilets, showers, and tubs, and they were sparkling. There were a few areas that we had expected to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but as soon as we offered up that feedback to Brian and John they addressed it and sent out a team to remedy the issues the next day. Their customer service was exceptional.

We recommend discussing the services with the company before booking them so you can ensure all problem areas are covered by the team. Review the list of services on the website and ask any questions ahead of time to validate what areas will be cleaned. We could have avoided any issues by asking questions and making sure we knew what to expect.

Brian and John were incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and they take customer satisfaction very seriously.

You've Got Maids came out and did a deep clean for my home. Overall, I am pleased with the cleaning. However, I was disappointed that they didn't move any light furniture. The couches, dressers, and bed frames I moved myself which was understandable. But they merely swept and mopped around everything else including my lamps, small end tables, and a play kitchen. Basically anything that was on the floor they didn't touch or move to clean under. They also don't clean windows, which was frustrating given the quoted price.

You’ve Got Maids recently did a deep cleaning on my home - Our kitchen has never looked better! The detail they put into literally hand-wiping every inch of our home was impressive. They regularly swapped out their cleaning cloths and were also very respectful of pets. There was no rushing, which I liked, it was more focused on quality of the job. My wife and I are incredibly picky and extremely OCD with cleaning…This team is too…Vacuuming was in nice straight tracks, wood floors looked new and there wasn’t dust anywhere. Additionally, I asked them to stay away from TVs and our desks, and they did - They have a binder with each home’s instructions. As a bonus, the owners are extremely friendly and you can tell they focus on customer service, which is a lost art these days. Highly recommend!

I first started using You’ve Got Maids for a pre-move-in clean for my new place seven years ago. Since then I’ve been using them for a monthly cleanings, as well as an annual deep clean each spring. The owners are professional, communicative, and reliable. The cleaning teams are thorough, courteous, and accommodating. I look forward to my service each month and when they leave my home Is clean and amazing. They use cleaning products that do not contain harsh chemicals, and check with me every time they’re here to see if I have a special area of focus I need from them that day. I had the best crew come clean prior to moving and putting my house on the market. They were amazingly thorough and even worked around our move out clutter and last minute construction jobs. I know we didn't make it easy but they were incredibly polite and easy going. It looked so good when they finished; like a brand new house. Thank you!

I put in a request and received a call the next morning! I am having surgery and wanted a deep clean prior. Brian, John, and their team were caring and considerate. All the baseboards and fans were dusted and cleaned. Special requests and instructions were followed. They did a fantastic job and I look forward to calling them back in the future!

We've used You've Got Maids in the past for move out cleanings and recently used them again, this time for a deep cleaning after a year in our new home...and they are still amazing! Highly professional, courteous, and very efficient. In our experience the move out and deep cleanings come not with just one or even two people, but a whole little crew of happy, smiling maids!

Their attention to detail left our home brilliantly clean. I don't think it's ever looked this good, even right after the house was built and cleaned by the builders cleaners! The kitchen, bathrooms, showers, and floors shine like a high-end showroom now - so much so that we don't want to use them for fear of getting them dirty again!

The owners, Brian and John, are also great to talk to about our needs, since not every situation is the same. We can tell they have worked hard to train their maids and coordinate their visits to ensure smooth and timely scheduling.
