I worked with Sy throughout the process of inspecting and replacing my roof. As a new and first time home owner, this has easily been the most painless and seamless process I've experienced. Sy had indepth knowledge of the business, providing amazing advice and walking me through every process, including working with my home owners insurance as I filed a claim for damage from recent storms. He gave detailed timelines and photos as the progress of the work continued. Any questions or concerns were happily answered and even information I didn't think of, such as ensuring my vehicles were moved so that the construction wouldn't impede me going to work in the morning. The contractors that assisted with the work and solar panels were polite, kind, and timely. Photo attached is the before and after I was provided, as well as when there was additional damage found. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our roofing project completed by Imperial Roofing. Zane was very professional when he came to give us a quote. He answered all our questions and gave us we believed to be a fair estimate to replace or repair our roof. We decided to go with the repair option. Zane was able to get us on the schedule quickly and in fact pulled it up a day due to forecasted rain. Sean completed the work as we expected - very clean, thorough and respectful. This is the second time we've had Zane and Sean do work for us and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I’m so glad Morgan Blumling from this company knocked on our door for a roof quote. Best experience I’ve had with anyone selling us something. She showed us how the wind damage had so many shingles flapping and roof pieces loose. How you ask?! A drone! She took over conversations with the insurance adjuster, was extremely diligent and on top of everything! She made this experience very easy and she was wonderful to work with. Roofing material was dropped the day they promised. Her crew showed up the next day and did a phenomenal job! Including cleanup. My husband tried to find a nail left behind and no luck! They use a magnetic strip to collect them and cleaned up efficiently! Morgan was on-sight throughout the installation checking on her crew and sending us updates, pictures and videos. Shared here. We had the experience of working with Zane Levesseur and the Imperial team. He walked us through the process of what we would experience if we selected Imperial. The crew that came out worked with precision from the start to clean up. There communication was spot on for when we would receive materials to when the team would arrive at our home. This business is the real deal. They took down 3 good sizes trees, grinded the stumps, and cleaned up the mess in under 5 hours. They cleaned so we'll that if it wasn't for the shavings of the wood you would have no clue they were here. Would highly recommend them.

In 30 minutes the tree was down another 30 stump ground and clean up pretty much done ✅ Fantastic service. Of course depending on the height of the tree the location of the tree but this was my experience with a dead pine at end of driveway. Highly recommend. Best pricing. Hard working crew. I called Ely’s when another company failed to finish a job correctly. They were quick to respond and finished the job very professionally and with great attention to their work. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Ely responded to my quote request right away and came out to give a quote the same day. His quote was the lowest and they came to remove my large dead ash tree 3 days later. Ely and his team were prompt and professional. They did a great job removing the tree- even though a large portion hung over the house. They worked quick and cleaned up well. I would recommend Ely’s to anyone!

Ely and his crew did an amazing job at my house today. Removing a large pine tree and its stump, transplanting two other trees, and trimming two large trees. Everything looks fantastic. The guys cleaned up everything. There’s barely a stick to be found. Not to mention, they were on time and delivered as promised. I can’t thank them all enough. Fantastic!

I had Ely's tree services come out to our house today and remove three medium sized pine trees and the stumps. They were the consumate professionals. Very impressed with their work ethic and attitude. They were done in no time at all and were extremely good at cleaning up afterwards. Ely gave us a quote the same day we contacted him for a very reasonable price! He and his team came out about a week later and removed one tree and trimmed a larger one. Amazing work I absolutely recommend this company! The yard is so clean you wouldn't have had any idea that they were here. Will definitely be telling my friends and family to use Ely's Tree Services.

These guys are the absolute best in the business. Not only are they genuine down to earth people, but the hardest and smartest workers I’ve ever seen. We had trees 17 or so trees removed, some in the hardest places close to the house and neighbors and they made it look so easy. I could not recommend them more

Five stars isn’t a high enough rating for this service. Prompt, efficient and very competitive in price. They took down a forty year plus oak and multi trunk river birch of nearly that age. Removal involved working with/around house, deck and pergola. Absolutely no issues. I’m still amazed at how they cut down the oak, ground down the stump and left my daffodils blooming without damage. Clean up was also exceptional. Hauled away all the chips from stump grinding, too. Absolutely recommend Ely and his crew.
