This business is the real deal. They took down 3 good sizes trees, grinded the stumps, and cleaned up the mess in under 5 hours. They cleaned so we'll that if it wasn't for the shavings of the wood you would have no clue they were here. Would highly recommend them.

In 30 minutes the tree was down another 30 stump ground and clean up pretty much done ✅ Fantastic service. Of course depending on the height of the tree the location of the tree but this was my experience with a dead pine at end of driveway. Highly recommend. Best pricing. Hard working crew. Ely responded to my quote request right away and came out to give a quote the same day. His quote was the lowest and they came to remove my large dead ash tree 3 days later. Ely and his team were prompt and professional. They did a great job removing the tree- even though a large portion hung over the house. They worked quick and cleaned up well. I would recommend Ely’s to anyone!

Ely and his crew did an amazing job at my house today. Removing a large pine tree and its stump, transplanting two other trees, and trimming two large trees. Everything looks fantastic. The guys cleaned up everything. There’s barely a stick to be found. Not to mention, they were on time and delivered as promised. I can’t thank them all enough. Fantastic!

I had Ely's tree services come out to our house today and remove three medium sized pine trees and the stumps. They were the consumate professionals. Ely gave us a quote the same day we contacted him for a very reasonable price! He and his team came out about a week later and removed one tree and trimmed a larger one. Amazing work I absolutely recommend this company! The yard is so clean you wouldn't have had any idea that they were here. These guys are the absolute best in the business. Not only are they genuine down to earth people, but the hardest and smartest workers I’ve ever seen. We had trees 17 or so trees removed, some in the hardest places close to the house and neighbors and they made it look so easy. I could not recommend them more

Five stars isn’t a high enough rating for this service. Prompt, efficient and very competitive in price. They took down a forty year plus oak and multi trunk river birch of nearly that age. Removal involved working with/around house, deck and pergola. Absolutely no issues. I’m still amazed at how they cut down the oak, ground down the stump and left my daffodils blooming without damage. Clean up was also exceptional. Hauled away all the chips from stump grinding, too. Absolutely recommend Ely and his crew.

I called and Ely told me he could come out and give me an estimate within a few hours he was very nice answered all my questions…his team came the next day to cut down all the trees I wanted removed they did an excellent job I already have made plans for them to do more work I would definitely recommend them look no further I have found the company for all my needs

Ely's tree removal saved the day. Walked out into my back yard on a Saturday during a 40mph wind storm and to my dismay I saw one of my pine trees starting to uproot and leaning toward my house. Called a few companies and Ely's was the only one that answered on a Saturday. He came out in an hour, said he will take care of it and was back an hour later with a crew. Hour and half later the tree was removed. I tip my hat of to his crew as I have no clue how someone could climb a tree that was sawing back and forth and about to fall, but they did it. He probably could have quoted me an emergency tree removal price but nope his price was extremely fair. As you can see in the picture it was barely holding on before it fell and took out part of my house

I cannot recommend Ely and his team more. I called Ely asking about a tree that I was concerned about. He came out that day to look at it and we decided to remove it. He scheduled the removal and stump grinding quickly and did a phenomenal job. Thank you!

Ely's job is not only excellent but also come with highly attractive price. I had a 20yr-old tree that grew a gap between the trunk and a big branch and can be easily be fallen by a strong wind. I googled tree service near me, found his company, and immediately called. He came to my house to estimate on that same day and gave me $1,150 with stump removal. The other estimate I've got was $2,000. So, I decided to hire him.

A week after that, his 4-member team came at 9AM and finished the job around 11:30AM. His team did a great job!

Thank God for Tom. Came home to find my cat stuck up a tree about 50+ feet. I made several calls to other places I thought could help, but no luck. Then I called Trappers Tree Service. It was about 8:30p, but they answered the phone right away and gave me some great advise. He put me at ease and was very professional, as he had alot of personal experience with this situation. We talked briefly about their emergency tree services also, so if I ever have a "tree down" emergency, or just routine tree care, these are my people. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Tom!

I was so disappointed with my experience with this company. One of the workers came to my house on April 11 to discuss expectations with a tree that needed to be trimmed. At the end of our discussion, we agreed the work would be done and that I would receive confirmation from the office regarding the schedule. I didn't hear anything the rest of the week, so left a message on April 14 asking if I was indeed on the schedule for services. When I still didn't receive a response, I sent an email on April 17 stating I would like my tree to be trimmed, and would like to get on the schedule. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls over the next week asking for confirmation -- and never received it. On April 21, after having received no response from anyone, I reached out to another company to schedule services and notified Whole Tree Care that I no longer needed them to perform any work at my home. It was only then that I received a phone call from the owner of the company stating the work was completed that day and the tree was trimmed. He went on to explain the office manager was on vacation. I understand that workers go on vacation, and that is completely fine, but if there is only one person in the entire office responding to emails / phone requests, an out of office message would have been nice. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I was shocked to have one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in quite awhile.

I was so impressed with Tom's assessment of my tree trimming needs. After the work was done , I though it looked good ,but was a little unsure if they cut all that need to be trimmed . Tom came out and explained to me in great detail my concerns . I'am happy with his explanation , and would recommend this company to anyone.
