A big thank you to Kristin Barley for her quick response to my call. We had signed with another company who lacked the urgency to remedy our sewer back up remediation. Kristin responded quickly and with empathy and had a team at our home within hours. The gentlemen, Mike and his team, who came to our home were polite, efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess in our basement and setting up the equipment needed to make sure it is properly and completely dry. It is such a relief to have this step in the process underway. I will sleep much better tonight as a result. Servpro is the way to go!

They were professional, listened to my concerns, and worked with me for the best results. When they were done, really cleaned up the area. The only way you would know they were here was how great the repair was!

We had Tim, Tyree & Alan out today to remove some flooring. They were superior and went out of their way to make our experience easier. They are a great team! I failed to mention how difficult it was to remove the small area of flooring which resulted in damage to the main bar area. The Project Manager, Ron Young, has assured me it will be fixed in the repair process at no charge to us. My only complaint thus far is that too many people are involved in the process making it difficult to track who’s doing what and when. We had the original mitigation done early July and still don’t have the remaining flooring removed or the new installation scheduled. Part of the bar cabinetry has been rebuilt and they are returning today to temporarily install our sink and garbage disposal and it’s now 9/12. I thought the flooring would be completed before trying to install the new bar, sink and dishwasher but I guess that isn’t the case. Im sure they’ll do a great job but it has been one heck of a long process.

We had a fire with significant damage throughout our rental property. We hired Servpro as our contractor. They were very professional and worked closely with our insurance company to keep our personal expenses to only the deductible. The results were wonderful . We were extremely pleased with the entire process. The house is now better than when it was originally constructed.

The crew did a terrific job and took great care of our situation. It was an emergency with us leaving for Australia the next day. So relieved to know things are taken care of and we can leave with the knowledge that mold was prevented.
