We suddenly had a flood incident on a Friday afternoon at our house in Galena and the team came out promptly to help handle the issue. They took away a damaged carpet and ran dehumidifiers across all impacted areas.

They were timely, efficient and easy to work with during a stressful time. Thank you!

They are great! We had our ceiling torn out due to a fire in our row of townhomes. They came and gave us estimates, worked with us to find a quote that was manageable with our tight budget, and have gone above and beyond in cleaning and helping us store everything while we wait for a new home. Mike OMalley spoke with us about our quotes and estimates, and Thomas and Matthew did a SPLENDID job of cleaning and transporting our furniture. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires restoration services.

We had Servpro onsite to complete some drywall work and also re supporting of two double doors at our facilty. They do great work and Jason Campos goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. It was a complete pleasure working with Jason.

Thomas was respectful and willing to answer my questions. When they left my house for the day he left it very clean and debris was removed even though they return tomorrow. Thomas and his crew returned today and continued on with the great work. He was very respectful and conscientious. We had a water leak from the ice maker in the refrigerator and they were quick to respond. The drying portion is well on its way for the kitchen and the basement had immediate remediation. They sprayed a plant based product on the floor to kill the mold that was already growing. Thanks for taking time to answer my questions.

We have used Serv Pro previously and both times have had a great experience with them. On time, polite and knowledgeable. Thomas & Matthew explained the process and let us know exactly what to expect. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend it highly.

Guys were nice and professional. One did not like dogs but put up with ours during delivery. Same crew came back to house to remove the danaged areas and great to work with, provided important information and very careful to protect and contain dust created.

Tim, Alan, and Ty have done a wonderful job mitigating the water from our basement and preparing it for repairs. Friendly and hardworking. Blair has also been fantastic.

Very thankful for TJ and Antonio for helping us last minute when the rainstorm caused our basement to flood. They even helped move things into the crawlspace to make room for the fans. Very professional and helpful.

The guys came out after a water line break and flood damge in the house. Showed up on time and got to work fast.
Great crew, very personable and kept me informed about what they were doing and what to expect. Finished and got all the carpet, padding, drywall and insulation out without a mess. Couldn't ask for better.

TJ and Antonio did an amazing job! Great attention to detail. Kept our things well organized as they rearranged them. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, please send me TJ and Antonio!

Alphonso and team were excellent. They explained the process clearly, boxed and moved items as needed. In the end, wiped down their foot print marks from my hardwood flooring. I would recommend their services if anyone needed it in the future.

My mother utilized Servpro for the reconstruction after her flood. Michael Himes did a great job as project manager. He was very polite and responsive. He did some of the restoration finishing and did a good job. My complaints are with Rite Rug and the project management there as they ordered supplies, scheduled work people and communicated information. Zack Mahon was our project manager. He did work hard to find choices that fit into the insurance budget. Although he was always polite, there were many deficiencies in service coordination: half of the transition pieces were not initially ordered, the tile layout agreed upon was not communicated and the tile was therefore not laid out as agreed upon initially. The flooring was delivered but left in the garage instead of in the house to acclimate. We were scheduled to have flooring put in on a Wednesday and other work done on Thursday. My mom changed travel plans to accommodate this. Zack forgot to schedule the workers to come on Wednesday but we didn’t figure this out until late morning Wednesday when they didn’t show. Michael had to figure this out for us. Zack did acknowledge his mistake but this caused a rescheduling of all subsequent repairs and rendered the change in travel plans unnecessary. When the flooring was put in, the workers claimed that there was no excess at all to be left if future repairs were needed. For some of the work crews, the English was not strong enough to have a detailed conversation. Because half of the transitions weren’t ordered- there was another several week delay. Also a kickplate and baseboard in the bathroom had not been ordered. When they came in, the new transitions were skinnier than the old so the flooring had not been cut long enough or wide enough to accommodate this. So more flooring had to be ordered to cover the gap and yet another visit had to be scheduled. Not once did the Riterug workers call ahead as requested to let us know they were on their way. Twice they called as they were standing on the doorstep. The last worker claimed there was no phone number on file- which considering the number of visits and calls to them is laughable or just another sign of very poor inter office communication. The workers ultimately did a good job for the final product but the poor project management and communication within Riterug caused significant delays, extra visits and multiple inconvenience to my mother and our whole family.

Servpro was great to work with. Riterug not so much.

Our basement flooded, we were lost where to get started and what to do. I reached out to ServePro and they got back to us so quickly and had someone at our home the next day (our whole area was flooded so they were very busy). Justin Hoffman was our first point of contact, he was super professional and very thorough. He had a crew in our basement within in the week. Our crew was Alan, Tim, Ty and Nick. They were nothing short of Amazing. They worked tirelessly and were so fast and efficient. The crew was so awesome to work with, funny, kind and we even got a concert of singing and rapping which we loved. I had to email Tony for paperwork and information, and he always got back to me within the hour if not minutes. Communication with this team is stellar! Having your house flood is so stressful, having a team come in and get things done correctly all while being awesome, is something I will never take for granted. Thank you all so much!

Had a flooding issue. ServPro did a fabulous job with the clean up and repairs. They went above and beyond and I am very happy with the results. Brian, the project manager kept a good eye on all that was done and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

EDIT: I unfortunately need to lower my rating to 1 star as my overall experience with water mitigation through servpro has been extremely poor.

After 5 days of mitigation, they recommended a complete tear out of my laundry room. Their justification was that the moisture levels had plateaued. I had to ask for documentation regarding their findings and it was very simplistic with a single moisture percentage for the entire room rather than a detailed moisture map.

It was concerning to me how quickly they recommended complete tear out (which they are incentivized to recommend because they do both the tear out and remodel and bill your home insurance). I bought my own water meter and dehumidifier and tracked moisture levels over a 2 week period of time with steady decrease to normal.

I raised these concerns to Servpro and got no response back for weeks. I finally called and still received no acceptable answers as to why a premature tear out was recommended in my house.

I would strongly urge you to consider another company as I do not believe Servpro can be trusted.

Very happy so far. They sent someone over super quick and got water mitigation equipment going within a few hours. Every who we interacted with was kind and professional.

Very pleased with the service provided by Servpro. After discovering water accumulation due to a non operational sump pump, Justin from Servpro arrived first thing in the morning to survey the damage and Thomas and Matthew arrived shortly thereafter to begin mitigation. Thomas and Matthew were very professional and clearly explained the mitigation process. Great service. Highly recommended.

SERVPRO did a wonderful job drying out my house. I had water damage on all three floors on a Sunday evening from a valve bursting. The estimator came within an hour of me calling and the mitigation team got to work that same night. Everyone explained to me clearly what they were doing and why. The overall drying process took about 5 days, every day someone came by to take measurements and adjust/remove equipment as needed. Their office staff was also very helpful in explaining to me the insurance claim process. Would definitely recommend SERVPRO if anyone has to deal with water damage.

Servpro responded promptly when my basement experienced a disastrous flood, and their quick action made a stressful situation much more manageable. The team was professional, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. They clearly explained the process, arrived when they said they would, and handled the cleanup with care and expertise. I really appreciated their reliability and attention to detail during an emergency situation. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone dealing with water damage or similar issues.

Nick N. came today to finish up the mitigation process in our back room and was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone we've worked with at this company for this leak has been so and my husband and I would definitely repeat business here (though I genuinely hope we never have to).

Nick, TJ, and Antonio were amazing. They were fast and efficient. Came out to house with 2 hours of calling and worked non stop. They were both extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Took the time to go over everything with me. Would definitely recommend.
