I would highly recommend Jonathan from Wyoming Air! He does a great job explaining what services are needed & how to maintain our system. Always on time & I appreciate all their communication.

Everything was great. We do have problem where the water heater was turned way down for some reason and we thought the pilot light was out. When I went to light the pilot that’s when I discovered that the temperature had been turned way down. Probably an oversight on the technician’s part.

Jonathon was punctual and informative at two maintenance service appointments and eager to answer questions. He seemed very experienced and was able to answer most questions, and honestly told me when he did not know. I would like to review one topic he spoke on but not sure how to call him.

Wyoming Air has been nothing but great for Cleanlites Recycling Inc. and also for my residential property. They were quick and understanding of our needs. My office was a hot box and we needed to replace the ac and they had everything done within a day of looking at it. I highly recomend them to anyone wether you are a buisness or residential.

Jonathan was our technician today. He was on time, professional and kind. He explained his process. I asked about a future service and he said he would check if possible. We will call Wyoming Air with any needed HVAC services.

Had a weird plasticky burning smell in house. Seemed to be coming from the heating registers, and furnace smelled a bit like it. I filled out appointment request online around 10 a.m. They got back to me quickly and the repairman was here in early afternoon, as promised. So points for responsiveness and punctuality! He didn't find anything wrong - suggested I replace the filters, which I did. He checked the furnace for a bit and said it was fine. Still smelled it last night, but who knows what the problem is. Maybe there's something melting in a duct. Maybe it's not even the furnace. Got charged the $109 visit charge.

They always show up on time and are polite and take extra care with your things. It never fails our air & furnace always go out on the week-ends and they respond immediately and never have to wait very long before they get somebody out here. Can’t recommend them enough!

John came in to check our furnace that is not working. He was quick & knowledgeable. He gave me good advice on what we should do next. We will continue Wyoming Air in the future.

Brandon and his team get me above average results. I have now used them for two installations and will call again this spring for a third. Wyoming Air's first job for me was a heating unit with exposed duct work for a one bdrm unit. He creatively figured out a way to make it happen, despite the odd layout of the unit and the challenges of working in an older building. My next project with them - a mini split ductless system for a studio - was just finished on time and on budget.

My furnace just stopped working. I went downstairs to see if a circuit was blown but that was not the case. My system is 20 years old so it could have just been the end for it. I called and got a window of time from 2-4. As I was preparing for it to get colder in my place, they called back and the technician had finished his job early so he could be on the way to my place in half an hour. He showed me were there was a crack in one of the parts. He had a replacement on his truck and all was well and working before noon! I appreciate the fast response because we were going to get some sun zero weather overnight! And it’s almost Christmas! Merry Christmas to you all!
