The team at Wyoming Air kept me up to date on the equipment being ordered, the scheduling of the work, and all the details as the work was being done. My tech, Charlie W., was careful to protect my floors with both a dropcloth and by wearing shoe covers. He and his assistant were diligent in doing all the work and cleaned up after the work was done. The cost was even better than the original quote due to a discrepancy in equipment type, and Wyoming Air resolved the problem very well. They are what is sometimes called "real straight shooters" doing business with their customers and the long-term in mind. I will use Wyoming Air again and would highly recommend them.

Our heat pump that provides heating and A/C for the 2nd and 3rd floors of our 111 year old home stopped working this summer. Due to the way the air handler had been installed previously -- in the attic -- two different companies stood me up, telling me they would do the work but then ghosting me causing me to lose 3+ weeks of time in my efforts to resolve the issue. Brandon from Wyoming Air was the 3rd company I called and boy am I glad I did. Brandon worked diligently with me to determine the best way to replace the unit, ultimately relocating the air handler to a closet on the 3rd floor and connecting to the original duct work to keep the costs down. His installation team led by Charlie was top notch. They drop clothed the interior of the house to ensure our carpets and floors were protected and cleaned up carefully at the end of every day. I can't say enough good things about Wyoming Air and the experience we had. Highly recommend!

We have used Wyoming Air to install our ductless mini split unit, and to install a new hot water heater. They are so nice and professional. They came out the next day when our hot water heater broke. I feel confident using this company. I have recommended them to all of our friends and family!

Love Wyoming Air! I would highly recommend joining the "VIP Cowboy Club". They place you on a Spring/Fall maintenance program where they contact you for service to maintain the furnace and A/C. One of the best decisions our family ever made as they caught a (CO) issue with the furnace during the maintenance service call, before we turned the furnace on for the fall/winter. Very grateful to Wyoming Air!

Wyoming Air gets it right and does whatever it takes! These guys are great! My AC wasn't operating well and they took steps to figure out what needed to be done. After checking thermostat wiring, the fan, and the AC unit they found the issues and fixed them at a fair price and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Wyoming Air.

Wyoming Air has done three major jobs and some maintenance service for me. Their technicians are always on time and are very friendly and professional. Their work is first rate and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brandon was the service technician. Prior to his arrival, I received a notification that he was on his way, and he arrived at the scheduled time.
He invited me to stay with him as he worked so that he could explain what he was doing, and be able to answer any questions I might have. That made the experience even better.

We have been really impressed with Wyoming Air. They not only helped us make the right financial decisions for our current situations with no judgement, but they are kind and professional. When we needed our AC fully replaced, they were having supply chain issues (just like everyone at the time) and they couldn’t install it for a couple of weeks. When they heard I had a six-month-old son at home, they actually had some guys volunteer to come out on their day off to install it. I wasn’t even charged extra (though we DID TIP THEM! Don’t take this kind of kindness for granted!) Every single person we have talked to has been on time, very kind, and has helped us maintain our systems. I never feel nickle-and-dimed. When our furnace is ready to be replaced, we will believe them when they tell us. And we will trust them to do the installation. Having people like this you can trust is honestly invaluable. Their prices seem fair and they are helpful and very quick to respond to your needs. They all are genuinely kind people. Highly recommend.

Wyoming air has come to our rescue several times since moving into our older home! They’ve always been more than fair and willing to repair vs. replace whenever possible. When our air conditioner gave out shortly after moving in, they put in more work than expected to help us use our home warranty coverage and recently came immediately when our furnace needed repair. I recommend the Cowboy Club for locals—they remind me it’s time to do seasonal checks and give service call discounts!

I cannot recommend Wyoming Air enough - I called around noon on the hottest day of the year, they were here by 1:30, did the repair, and my AC was working by 2! John T. was kind and respectful, did not do an upsell, and was quick and efficient. Pricing was great, too! We will be using them for all our needs going forward.

Brandon and Wyoming Air are great! I had a unique problem that took some significant diagnosis, and creative thinking to make sure we came up with a good solution that worked. We ended up installing a new mini-split system that I'm very happy with. I also use their regular maintenance program with multiple properties and am pleased with the service and professional scheduling, etc.

Brandon, Ian and John were all great to work with! Our AC went out on a hot 90* day and Wyoming Air had us fixed and running in no time. Fast, reliable, honest service! Would recommend them to anyone I know looking to have any HVAC work done.

The installers worked very hard to get the air conditioner installed. There was a little problem but it was taken care of very next day. Really appreciate all the work they did.

I just want to hug the team at Wyoming Air. This is the second time they have come to my rescue. When my heat went out last week, in a house with young children I was quoted a high estimate from another company who also planned to charge me $250 to get the part same day. I didn’t feel comfortable and wanted to go with someone I trusted with a second opinion. Wyoming Air sent someone out to view the furnace, same day and was at my house with the furnace part same day with a repaired furnace within two hours at less than half the price that I was quoted. the customer service, team work and quick response was just so amazing at a stressful time. Highly recommended company you can trust.

Wyoming Air is great to work with. They arrive within their appointment time and do a thorough job, including explaining what they recommend and why. I was ready to buy a more expensive furnace and Brandon advised me that a lower cost option would be all that I really need. That’s real service.

John is the best!!! We have a geothermal unit and when it got below 30, it wouldn’t keep up and would get down to the high 50s in our house. Every winter for the last 3 years has been so miserable! We were so frustrated because we had multiple companies over and they would just say “that’s just geothermals…they are just efficient but have their downsides.” Or another company thought there was a leak. We decided to have Wyoming air out since we are a Wyoming resident. Immediately John said that sounded like an electrical issue as our back up heater didn’t appear to be working and would keep tripping. He called the geothermal company to run it past them and they agreed. It was never wired properly with the correct amps so we had our electrician rewire things and it’s working beautifully!!!! Cannot believe it took 3 years for a simple solution. Kind of alarming when working with other companies. Needless to say we will only be trusting Wyoming air with our unit. Way to go John!! You saved the day!!

Not all heroes wear capes. I am very happy with their customer service, they responded on a Saturday to get my heat running after it went out while I was on vacation. The tech was skilled and was able to identify and fix the problem rapidly and professionally. I will absolutely use their company again. It was really nice to deal with an honest company with high integrity. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Good job Jonathon.

Wyoming Air is a very reputable company. Everyone who works there are awesome people, all are very knowledgeable and friendly! We needed a whole new system, the price was very reasonable. Charlie and Bren were the gentleman whom put our system in were very nice men and efficient, when they finished the job, they left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived! Will recommend this company to everyone!
