KMS Heating & Cooling gave us great service recently as one of our air conditioners at Barbee Cookies needed to be replaced. They got it ordered and installed just before the hot weather hit. We are so grateful! And so are the bakers! I highly recommend KMS Heating & Cooling.

Armando arrived on time, thoroughly evaluated my split unit, and made recommendations. Parts were ordered.
I should add that I have been a customer of KMS for approximately 40 years, and have stuck with them for many reasons.

Very thankful to have a great HVAC team like KMS! I love being able to communicate and work things through with my subs. Big shot out to Casey Johnson! They definitely treat their customers with respect and value them. They keep their word and do not cut any corners. I've used them on a some builds and will continue using them! We are new customers using KMS for the first time because Dave’s AC retired selling his business to them. We believed Dave would not entrust his valued customers to just anyone, and we assumed correctly. The entire experience was pleasant and professional as well as priced fairly. The tech, Dillon, was a pleasure to work with and is a wonderful representative for KMS. His experience and personality made us feel comfortable from our first conversation telling us he was on his way. Working with him only got better after that. We also appreciate his associate for bringing our new part out personally saving us time and money. Even though our unit is 26 yrs old, we never felt any sales pressure to buy prematurely. We look forward to doing future business with KMS.

Our daughter purchased a new unit last October from Dave’s Heat and Air before he retired and sold his company to KMS. That unit was purchased to replace a five-year-old unit whose compressor failed. Now, during the first hot summer, the same issues returned of her condo not cooling properly and high humidity readings. We contacted KMS explaining our frustration of two new units purchased in five years at such high expense and not getting good results. The KMS tech came out and made air handler adjustments and suggested a dehumidifier. The adjustment didn’t work. We contacted KMS again and then the service manager said they’d devote the man power to find a solution and were committed to honoring the previous company’s work and warranty. We’re happy to report KMS exceeded all our expectations and then some by sending a tech and their system designer to throughly analyze all the components including the duct work. They spent all morning working on it, ALL at no charge. They decided a safety switch was sticking and turning her unit off before sufficient achieving cooling. Obtaining the final solution required yet another visit and a new switch installed (still no charge). Plus he found a clogged drain pipe that had been causing trouble all that time. Amazingly, two other companies failed to find it years ago, but the outstanding employees at KMS worked until they solved the annoying mystery! Their company has excellent employees all throughout from the dispatch, scheduling, techs, and management. We are now committed customers for both our daughter’s home as well as ours. First time to use KMS since Dave's Air & Heat retired. They were good about checking out several options when it became obvious my unit needed replacing. The day the crew came out, they arrived promptly, worked diligently and cleaned up when they finished. They kept me apprised of what they were doing and answered all questions I had. I am very pleased with their service and my new unit is quiet and works great.

This team has done a fantastic job for us! From putting in a new geothermal unit then also zoning the house. Timely service & responses- Casey, Armando, Dylan, RJ, Garrett, and any others that assisted us were all kind, professional and personable. Thank you team, we appreciate your service to us!

After a bit of a rocky start, I reached out to the manager to discuss my concerns. The manager was incredibly understanding and willing to listen. We had a productive conversation, and they went above and beyond to address my issues. Not only did they apologize for any inconvenience I had experienced, but they also demonstrated a sincere commitment to customer satisfaction.

What truly set KMS Heating & Cooling apart was their willingness to rectify the situation. They offered to come back for a second day of service without charging an additional fee. The second day went smoothly, and the technicians were professional and courteous. The work was completed to my satisfaction, and I appreciated the attention to detail they exhibited.

Overall, I can confidently say that KMS Heating & Cooling provides good service. Their dedication to making things right, their commitment to customer communication, and their willingness to negotiate showed me that they genuinely value their clients. While the first day wasn't ideal, it's the way they handled it that truly matters. I'm grateful for their efforts and would recommend their services to others. I have been using KMS Heating and Cooling for HVAC requirements for about 30 years in two different houses. They are always efficient, friendly, responsive, professional, and fair in price. I participate in their CAP maintenance program and find it cost-effective.

My most recent service from KMS went above and beyond. I realized one of our A/C units was not working fairly late in the afternoon on a Thursday. The heat index was well over 100°F. The KMS technician came about an hour later, spent a few minutes diagnosing the issue, and came up with a workaround that got the system working again. We needed a new blower and had one installed less than 24 hours later, in time for the weekend.

I'm used to good service from KMS but I am truly grateful for the customer service on this occasion. I also got a 10% discount on the service total because of membership in the CAP program.

I have used K&M at my home since we moved in 16 years ago. They have replaced both our upstairs and downstairs units and have been doing our bi-yearly maintenance for the same amount of time. The technicians are always friendly and professional. They always provided excellent service.

KMS is a wonderful company that is always helpful and comes out quickly. Their technician, Joel, is extremely kind and knowledgable. We have been working with them for 20+ years and have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to Mary Jane in the office for scheduling an excellent Tech to be dispatched to our home. Stephen called to let me know he was on his way. He isolated and identified the problem and soon our home was cooled down. Thanks to KMS, Mary Jane and Stephen for the service and timely repair.

The KMS techs always take the time to explain everything that they did, even though most is above my head! It's refreshing to see them take pride in what they do!

My wife was the only person on site when tecnition arrived. She advised that he was very cordial and knew where to go and turn lights in basement on, then proceeded to check the Heat and air system was in good working order.

KMS is the best Geothermal company in Tulsa. I have 2 systems and KMS has taken care of them for more than 30 years.

KMS Heating and Cooling is the best! They’re reasonably priced, and very responsive and knowledgeable and great to work with! Their integrity is amazing and they don’t try to sell you when there’s no actual need. The other advantage to working with them is that they’re actually locally-owned and not owned by another larger company like Mullins and Air Assurance, which are now owned by Home Town Services. I strongly recommend them! I worked with Jason and he is just great!

Casey Johnson was excellent to work with. Took time and pride into the job and made sure we were informed and satisfied with rework and post work. Came out after job was finished to make sure we were happy with the scope of work before . Was very impressed and will use him again.

I called KMS on a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend due to a flooded crawlspace caused by a broken pipe between my geothermal system and my hot water heater. Within about an hour a friendly, knowledgeable tech was at my house. Two hours later my geothermal system was cooling my house again, and my hot water heater was warming up water in prep for warm showers that night. They provided excellent, quick service for a fair price, and they have absolutely become my new geothermal contact for any future issues.

I am was also a customer of the company that bought KMS. I am very pleased with their service and the technicians nice and professional and answered my questions. I also signed up for the maintenance plan. It is helpful and convient.

Steve McCarter came out to fix out outside leaky faucet. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and gave great fast service. He was great with answering questions and the cost was very reasonable. I will definately use them again for plumbing and ask for Steve.

The heating and air conditioning company we had used for 20+ years was purchased by KMS, and we have been very happy with their service. We have signed up for their maintenance plan, and their techs were thorough and professional when they recently came out to check the heating system.
