My wife was the only person on site when tecnition arrived. She advised that he was very cordial and knew where to go and turn lights in basement on, then proceeded to check the Heat and air system was in good working order.

KMS is the best Geothermal company in Tulsa. I have 2 systems and KMS has taken care of them for more than 30 years.

KMS Heating and Cooling is the best! They’re reasonably priced, and very responsive and knowledgeable and great to work with! Their integrity is amazing and they don’t try to sell you when there’s no actual need. The other advantage to working with them is that they’re actually locally-owned and not owned by another larger company like Mullins and Air Assurance, which are now owned by Home Town Services. I strongly recommend them! I worked with Jason and he is just great!

Casey Johnson was excellent to work with. Took time and pride into the job and made sure we were informed and satisfied with rework and post work. Came out after job was finished to make sure we were happy with the scope of work before . Was very impressed and will use him again.

We needed a quote for a repair and a flush on our system. We were told there would be a $199 diagnostic fee/travel charge to come out. They came out I was charged $340 and I don't have a quote, the system flush or system fixed for heat for the house. I have reached out several times and nothing.

I called KMS on a Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend due to a flooded crawlspace caused by a broken pipe between my geothermal system and my hot water heater. Within about an hour a friendly, knowledgeable tech was at my house. Two hours later my geothermal system was cooling my house again, and my hot water heater was warming up water in prep for warm showers that night. They provided excellent, quick service for a fair price, and they have absolutely become my new geothermal contact for any future issues.

I am was also a customer of the company that bought KMS. I am very pleased with their service and the technicians nice and professional and answered my questions. I also signed up for the maintenance plan. It is helpful and convient.

Steve McCarter came out to fix out outside leaky faucet. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and gave great fast service. He was great with answering questions and the cost was very reasonable. I will definately use them again for plumbing and ask for Steve.

The heating and air conditioning company we had used for 20+ years was purchased by KMS, and we have been very happy with their service. We have signed up for their maintenance plan, and their techs were thorough and professional when they recently came out to check the heating system.

I was charged for the hour drive time for the technician to go pick up a capacitor that was apparently "around the corner." Being in the service industry myself, I would never charge someone for me not having a common item on my truck. I called Matt Orcutt and explained my frustration with the bill and he told me he would talk to Matt Weber who does the billing and call me back. I didn't pay the bill at the time as I figured I would pay it once I heard back. Expecting to hear back I felt like the ball was in their court. Fast forward 3 months later and I get a letter stating that they are going to place a mechanical lien on my house if the bill isn't paid. I called the office and left a message with a call back number so I could pay the bill and once again thought they would call me back so I could pay it over the phone. Never heard back and about 2 weeks later I get a notice that a mechanical lien has been placed on my house!
I have never had anything like this happen, never mind the fact that the bill is less than $500. Another problem is they send the bill through email and the only way to pay it is by mailing a check! The other frustrating thing about the ordeal is I was very happy with the technician that serviced it and would have recommended him.

Mike came in assessed the problem. Said he needed to get a part. Left 10 minutes later he rolled in. 15 minutes later came out to where I was mowing and held up the old part showing what had gone bad. Great service. Highly recommend Orcutt mechanical. Oh can’t forget the very nice young lady working the office. 5 stars for efficiency getting help out too me directly. Thank you! 88 GBNF

I don't know where to start. From start to finish my experience with Orcutt "Mike the Plumber and Matt" they are nothing short of angels! Mike went above and beyond for me. It is VERY HARD to find a company that actually cares about their customers, and not just about how much money they can make off of them. I have finally found my go to company! The job that they preformed, they could have charged me much more than they did, they stuck to what they originally quoted me. They were true blessing to me, and I want them to know how much I appreciated what they did for me. I HIGHLY recommend Orcutt Mechanical Contractors!!!!!

I gave this business 5 stars because of their customer service. I haven’t had my ducts cleaned in years. They were easy to contact also very informative an efficient. The prices are amazing for the work provided. I would definitely recommend an use there services again

Such a great company to deal with. They were easy to talk to. Quick response time when making an appointment. Service tech was very polite and informative. Definitely helped with my children’s allergies. Will be calling them again for service.
