I use Anderson Plumbing Heat & Air and Flux Electric throughout & outside my house. They are dependable, responsive, experienced, knowledgeable, & have the kindest employees. Recently they faced many issues for me from heat & air, washer drainage, toilet parts replacement, plus other concerns. They resolved them quickly & diligently. The office & all their departments are easily accessible & want to help. I could go through a litany of employee names who become friendly faces you look forward to seeing. They are reasonably priced & understand your frustrations when needing this kind of work done.

We used recently for heat and air plus hot water installation. We decided to use their heat and air program because annual cost reasonable plus service is very thorough. Technician very nice and left dog treats for our two dogs. On hot water tank installation our tank was still under warranty so they do stand by their previous work and worked directly with manufacturer on the warranty replacement so saved us that headache. Very pleased and happy to have hot water again.

We have used Anderson Plumbing for a few years. We have been pleased with their service. The technicians are polite, prompt and efficient. Andrew McClure and Maven Jim installed a new hot water heater. They cleaned their work area and answered all our questions. Both were very knowledgeable about the product and made recommendations for us for our new heater to last.
Andrew McClure returned today and installed our new water softener alternative. As usual, he was prompt and efficient. Again, he answered all our questions and explained the warranty. Showed a podcast about the product for further explanation.

After getting an estimate from another HVAC Company for $3,200, I contacted TS Heat & AIR in Bethany, OK. Tarryl Ames came to the look at the Heating and Air Unit and the duct work. Within one hour he made the repair. My invoice was for $109. Tarryl was great to work with. I highly recommend TS Heat & Air.

AC went out on Friday at 6:30pm.. made a call to the main number and the repair tech answered the call. He was at our house in 28 minutes and had the AC going again less than an hour after we called.

So happy. He was very nice, didn't talk down to us or talk about crap that nobody cares about. Will call them back every time.

James was great! He was very professional and pleasant. I had a lot of questions about my ac. He patiently answered them. Replacement of my thermostat will simply my life! Good job!

Billy found the source of our problem when other technicians were unable! Gabriel gave me an honest and helpful quote instead of a standard sales pitch. TS really got us out of a pinch. Would recommend them over any AC company in the OKC area.

Nope. T&S was hired to pull the A coil on my system for a plenum repair prior to us closing on our house. The repair turned out to be more than expected so they reinstalled the A coil. However, they pulled all of the freon out of our system and left us with no AC for 4 days. But they shouldnt have pulled all the freon out in the first place. It should have been pushed into the ac unit and then released back into the system when they reinstalled the A coil. We had to call them and wait 4 days for them to come back out. They sd that they couldn't refill it because of a leak in the king valve. But they never called to let us know about the leak or anything. They just left us without a working AC. Otherwise we would have addressed it right then.When they did show up to address the issue, they just showed my wife where it was leaking and left. They weren't prepared to fix the leak or anything. 2 days later they called back and wanted $940 to replace a seal and refill with the freon they stole from me in the first place. Rediculous. Will never use or recommend them ever.

TS Heat and Air saved me from a $4000 bill (advised by another company) when instead of replacing a line to the AC Unit, they tested and discovered a small connecting piece that needed replacing. They came back weeks later to retest my system and ensure that was the problem: my only charge was $300

Waited over two weeks to get pricing for a project.. All my calls to the office we're directed to the Technician that was sent out and the tech failed to ever respond to any calls or texts. We use HVAC vendors across the United States and this company by far has the worst communication. Definitely advise against them if at all possible

Sylvester was absolutely amazing, honest, well spoken, informative, and a pleasure to work with. If TS heat and air breed techs like this, there would be no more competition left. What I appreciated most about Sylvester and his company, was he was a gentlemen and a scholar. We appreciate his service in the military and would recommend him for any and all your heat and air repairs. Thank you

They are some of the most helpful, attentive and reasonably priced HVAC contractors that I have ever been around. I personally used them when I built my new home in north Edmond, but I also recommended them to a friend who had a unit go out in his house, he got a second bid from them and they installed a nice Lennox unit at literally about 70% of what the other guy was asking to replace the unit. I will never go anywhere else again.

A week ago today I called because my heat went out. Was told they couldn't come til Monday. That's where I should've stopped and called someone else. Monday they said I needed a blower fan and they'd have to order it. Said 2-3 days. On Wednesday I called and was told the girl that ordered parts was at lunch and she'd call me back. No call. Thursday, it's 12° outside they don't answer the phones and don't return my voicemail. Now it's been a week in freezing temps with no heat and still no call back. NEVER AGAIN. TS Heat and Air lost my business this week and I will share my experience with EVERYONE on all social media accounts.

Mr. Townsend was excellent. Not only did he take the call after hours to fix our air conditioning but was very informative on the warranty we had and what next steps I need to take. Thank you. I recommend him highly.

TS Heat and Air were very helpful. They came out to evaluate my needs and we established the most important elements of my air conditioning to address first based on my budget. They gave me several options for pricing. After I chose the option that best fit my needs and budget they scheduled my instal. The technicians were very thoughtful and were available to answer my questions.
The upstairs is so much cooler and my electric bill is lower.

Another company referred me and spoke very highly of their work. I needed an estimate while in the process of selling my home and before I could give them any information I was told that they wouldn't be able to help me. I wish I could give zero stars for customer service, as a business the very least you could do is give a quote.

Two teams were sent out to do the work and they did a fine job. I was very pleased with the outcome and units are working fine. I have one problem and it Is that my water heater next to one of the units is continuously going out. The pilot light keeps getting blown out. I have not had this problem prior to the installation of the air conditioning units. The water heater and the air conditioner share a common vent line. I suspected that may be the problem. Your thoughts?

The installers seemed to do a good job. But the office staff in charge of the follow up paperwork so far have done a very poor job. They have not been able to get the city inspector out as promised, so I don't know if my $16,000 investment is up to code. And they put the wrong name - not my name - when they submitted my Lennox product registration, so now I don't know if the warrantee for my $16,000 investment is valid.
I understand that there can be complications, but the office staff don't seem to care about getting these resolved in a timely manner. Once they deposited the $16,000 check, they only care about going through the motions with a minimal effort.

Great service from phone call to the tech on site. The tech Travis made a change in his appointments so I could make a another appointment that evening. While he was on site he explained everything that he was doing and why. Also Travis had no issue educating me about my newly purchased houses very old air conditioning system. Will be using again.

Billy was very courteous and professional. Described in detail, reviewed options, and asked for approval (including cost) for parts/repairs to be completed. AC tune-up and maintenance was thorough and completed in short amount of time. Definitely top-flight company and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommend TS Heat & Air!
