First time I used that location. Very friendly and helpful staff .

I deal with the store on 39th near Rockwell & the guys are always helpful.

Rude people dont sale tools and say they have lifetime warranty then u bring them to warranty them out tell me I have to go to a website and do it my self . Was told they loose money if they have to do warranty this is b.s will not visit this place ever again .

Wouldn't help me or verify if they sold a product unless I was a licensed plumber. Had to let them know I planned on using a plumber, but needed to verify the part was there before they would try looking it up.

Very helpful. Their prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but their quality is so much better that is is more than worth it.

I've had attitude problems out of this location before. On those incidents I just didn't come back for a couple of years. Well I had one today guy was pretty pissed off I even came in the store taller older guy. They don't wear name tags. I won't be back they are way too close to a city electric for me to waste my time with attitude service.

Everyone at this store is very knowledgeable but unfortunately they don’t like to help . I don’t know what’s going on . Except for one lady by the name of cutis she’s the only one that was wailing to help and went the extra mile . If you go to this store only ask her for help forget about the rest

They have everything you need and excellent customer service . I went in with very little knowledge on what I needed and Chuck knew exactly how to help me get the right part.

Aiden was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He spent his afternoon and into the evening working on replacement of our water tank. He installed a tankless water heater. Then checked every faucet to make sure everything was working properly. Answered all of our questions. I highly recommend him!!
